The sex toy industry is evolving. It used to be that with a new DVD coming out, the toy manufacturers would produce something around the stars of the movies for sale in sex shops. The internet is changing the playing field. Sales used to be based on how well a stars movies were selling in sex shops. They could not figure out how Vicky Vette got more internet traffic than Club Jenna or Tera Patrick without a movie out in the stores.
Cut a long story short...... we gave them a bunch of stuff about the Vette Nation, how Vicky promotes, plans for the future and we agreed to meet again if they felt they could do something with the VNA. Frankly, they left us with the impression that they were interested but did not know how to deal with the internet world Vicky was expanding. After an email on Friday, they called Monday saying that they did not see a new line but maybe they could use existing toys and do something. Vicky thought it might be dead in the water. Tuesday morning, Vicky got a call saying that the executives had met and wanted her to immediately come to do a cast of her vagina. We were surprised because it is very expensive to do this.
We drove to their offices and met with the lady that does the casts. What originally was just going to be a cast of her vagina, turned into a cast of her ass. If they had had the materials for her boobs, those would have been done too (they ran out of the stuff they use to create a cast). After meeting with Vicky, they offered a deal.............
