I"ll be at the Mr. Olympia from Sept 24-26 I believe. I think I arrive on a thursday leave on sunday that's IF I'm going. I'll be with my dad the whole time so I don't think I'll be making a trip to the grand canyon

In case I forget later, I am leaving probably Fri morning for Colorado (Grand Junction) to see an old friend, and will be off line for probably about a week. May also get to Denver to see my son, not sure yet. But hope to come back with some good stories anyway. If I can, I will get on-line, but don't know yet.

YAY! Welcome back to me!

Dang! I've only got 477 posts to catch up on. You guys TALK too much! It'a gonna take me til Oct just to catch up.

Had a great trip (really.) I mean, besides the car quitting on me, my sons beagle trying to get a blowjob from Frisco (SERIOUS! So very funny, and I don't have a clip BOOOOOOOOOOOOO-o-o-o-o-o!!!!)

Basically went to Grand Junction, Co. to see a friend I hadn't seen in about 4 years. We had a great time, went up to the Grand Mesa, I think they call it. I have a website I post pictures at, so when I get some up, I'll post the link here.

Got into town and saw gas for $2.31 (others $2.45 - $2.50) so, of course I jumped on that. Cecils' driveway is steep, so when I moved my car the next day, there was a gas leak under it. But we looked and couldn't find any evidence of a leak other than a drain hose I found. Then, while driving around, it started cutting out like it was out of gas, then would start up again. (Yes, I looked, you clowns. Gauge said 3/4 full. I may be thtupid but I ain't DUMB! ) We finally took it to a garage where they charged me $58 thankyewvurymuch to tell me, "We couldn't find anything, either. It drove fine for us.") Well, of course it did, you nitwit. You're the mechanic! You're supposed to be SMARTER than the damn car. So we took it home. Yep! You guessed it. It acted up on the way home. Cecil suggested water in the gas, which sounded plausible. We went to get a bottle of crap that removes moisture from your gas, but they said it's only to remove condensation, not what you might pick up from a gas station. Well, anyway, I drove it some more and it coughed a little but not a lot. I decided to head to Denver and take a chance. It ran great the whole time except when approaching Eisenhower Tunnel thru the Rockies. It cut out a moment, but kicked in again and has run great since. I think God felt my wallet was too heave by about $58. (Thanks for jinxing my car, Julie. Wanna buy a slightly used Toyota? )

Cecil has a dachshund named Noodle. Frisco really wanted to play, but Noodle wasn't much of a player. So Frisco would just hassle her a lot. My son has a Beagle named Copper about twice the size of Frisco. So, now Copper took off after Frisco, and, I mean was all over her. He kept grabbing her head with his paws and pulling it around. Then he would lick her ears and climb on her again in reverse. The SOB was actually trying to mount poor Frisco in reverse, meaning, he was trying to get a blow job!! That pervert was trying to get my baby girl to have immoral SEX!!! Wait! I'm not done. Son would smack Copper and make him stop. But, then, Frisco would go after Copper. She would stick her head under his stomach and start sniffing his crank. The crazy bitch WANTED to give him a blow job. Fer crissake - no WONDER I found Frisco in the pound. Crazy bitch is a SEX FREAK! And they've both been spayed and neutered! I guess that just releases the inhiibitions.

And I didn't think until too late to get my camera, so, no stinkin' clips. I may go back that way in early Oct, tho, so will get pics then.

Well, I"m off to see the wizard tomorrow AM (Wed, 9/30.) Will o'nite in Flagstaff, then on to Utah to meet Dave45. Thurs nite into Vegas, will o'nite there and into LA Fri morning. We'll get checked in, then over to the convention center by 3 PM. Benny is coming in, so that will be Benny (and wifey, I hope,) AussieSteve, Dave45 and I at least for Fri afternoon. Sorry we can't be there and all of the fun. We are off to Vermont for 10 days staring on Oct. 7th so no need for "Trio Amber Alert!" Visiting some hippies that are very anti-porn and Internet.

But what a great time to be in VT with the leaves colors, bike riding and hiking. Our friends make goat cheese and fresh yogurt for swank restaurants in Boston and NYC so maybe we get healthy. Crap, if they think we are getting up at 4:30 am to hand milk goats!!!

I am in Flagstaff Az and I have some very bad news. Frisco is dead. And the worst part is, it was my fault. I couldn't even tell Vicky. I told Dave and asked him to tell her when the time was right (Is there ever a "right" time for this?) But it was thanks to Vicky that I got Frisco in the first place. I tried sending PMs to both Vicky and Sasha, but I am (again) having trouble with this damn laptop. So I thought I'd try once here. For some reason, after a few minutes, the mouse and or window starts acting up and I lose control of the window. The only fix is to reboot.

Nope, it's screwing up here, too. I wrote a few paragraphs here, but once I get to a point, this damn window starts acting up and won't let me go on. I don't know what's happening, but I will wait and tell you the story once I get home, if you're interested. I only had her just over two months but that was enough to start a connection growing. She was fun, she enjoyed life and loved to play, run and travel.

I called the Humane Society and they said "take her to the landfill," (AKA, the city dump.) Well, I'm not taking my dog to the damn dump. (This is the Humane Society? Thanks for the compassion.) So, I took her out of town, into the woods. I didn't even have a shovel or anything. I found a tree that had fallen and placed her back among the roots. I wrapped her in one of the towels she used to lay on. I put her bowls, her food and her water there, and her leash. And, yes, I held her and I told her I was sorry, and that I loved her. I wrote a note, a farewell, I guess, and left her there. I guess the wind, and the rain, and the sun and the snow, and all the little forest denizens will take care of her body. I know her spirit has all ready gone to doggy heaven. (Of course I believe!)

She was only a kid, about a year and a half old.


And I let her down. In the worst possible way.
