Hey Carmen,I'm glad that I signed back up again to the VNA,and that it was through your site. I have been waiting to cam with you and I know that we talked about it before. Right now,my retail job is keeping me away from seeing you on cam,but one day I will able to and I can't wait to see you. I hope you'll be ready for me too!

Ya'll better come and show me some love, cause I'm sick. I wish when people were sick they would have the sense to stay home and not spread it around. My trainer was getting over a flu on wed when I saw her, but all 4 of her kids and her husband are all in various stages of the same flu. Apparently 12 out of 18 kids in their class have it. "Don't worry, I'm not contagious anymore" she tells me, "because I'm getting over it now". But what about her husband that is just coming down with it? She is carrying and spreading his germs around too.

I started feeling like crap yesterday, so I didn't run, I walked instead (cause I was supposed to have my first private boxing lesson today, and wanted to be fresh for it). Well I woke up this morning, pounding headache, aching all over, out of breath from nothing, sore throat and glands, and I can feel it all behind my eyes and sinuses and ears. So i canceled my lesson right away, they were kind enough not to charge me for it, as the rule is supposed to be 24 hours. Actually they said, "no problem, don't come anywhere near us" lol..

Vicky sadly folks don't believe they are carriers still when they are well but their family is sick. it reminds me of being in school and 1 person got nearly 200 of us sick within days.

I hope a day of rest has you ready for tonight.

They say you should stay home for at least 24 hours after you think you are well. Nobody does that, I don't think. Sweetie and her longtime GF in Dallas have been sick as well, and Sweetie says she got it at work, and a lot of folks are out because of it. Hope you get better soon.

NO Deauxma show tonight! Her daughter rolled her car, she is ok, but they took her to the hospital anyway, just to be sure. So Deauxma is on her way to the hospital now and and will miss her show tonight.
