If you can check with Aussie Steve,he's in Queensland.
In the meantime all VNA timse are currently in EDT (summer time saving) and that is 5hr ahead of BST (Brit summer saving.)
BST is 1 hour up on GMT so if you know where you are in relation to GMT you can probably work it out.

Sounds good in Theory but my productivity is already bad enough, been distracted 24 hours a day probably isn't a good idea

I'm Steve and I live just up from you on the Sunshine Coast. Sunny does cam2cam every Thursday morning at 10am. Lucky for me I don't work at that time so I get to see Sunny most weeks.
