Don't mind me, folks. I just thought I'd throw this out there. Today is my mom's birthday. She was 84 when she died and would have been 96 today. She lived a long and happy life, and dedicated her life to raising a pretty decent family.

Thank you, Mom. I love you, and I still miss you.

She would roll over in her grave if she knew I was posting on a porn site, Bless you, Mom. And, thank you for all you gave us.

Today is Happy Birthday to my favorite Canadienne from way up there in Bumfuck, Canada, HotJulie.

Happy Birthday, Julie. I really hope you have a great day today and that the weather is nice and warm for you (warm for Julie is 40°F, about 4°C, lol.) Make your fitness class take you out for cake and ice cream at your local Pizza Barn, lol. Try not to kill them first,

Thanks Walt, I had a great day, and yes we had a birthday workout, but I gave everyone the 4 weeks before to finish it, and everyone did. Since I turned 42, I had all the workouts were either 42 or 420, nothing really hard.

42 lengths sled push-95lbs on the sled
42 lengths bear crawal
420 jumping jacks
420 gaublet squats
420 burpies
420 toe taps
420 v-sit sprawls
420 push ups
42 planks, 1 minute each
42 lengths farmmers carry
so wasn't that bad, since I gave everyone that accepted the challange 4 weeks. and after the last class we had a bbq, with cake and ice cream

Bridgit

Today is sweet friend Bridgit's birthday. I sometimes fear that folks that have birthdays that fall within a couple days of Christmas may not get their full allotment of fun presents, based on what happened to my dad. His was Dec 26th, and he usually got mostly Christmas presents and birthday cards. That was kind of unfair.

So, Bridgit, I hope you get treated a little better than that. I hope you have a great day and that you get the full treatment for your wonderful day.
