The Super Bowl?

Who will be watching The Super Bowl this Sunday? Which team will you be rooting for?

At first, I was not planning to watch this game. What changed my mind is when I learned that the club house here at my mobile home park has a BRAND NEW giant flat screen television!! They will turn it on for the first time for us to watch the game!!

I will bring my copy of the original version of the classic football comedy titled "The Longest Yard" starring Burt Reynolds with me .I have this on DVD. Anyone that wants to stay after the game and watch it with me is permitted. There is a resident of my hometown of Fresno,CA in this film!! It is Richard Kiel!! He is best known for his role as Jaws in the James Bond movies. He is the one that said the famous line, "I think I broke his freaking neck!!"

I will be cheering for the Saints!! That ego maniac named Payton Manning makes me sick!!

There is another reason that I am rooting for the Saints. A victory for that team would do wonders for the morale of the city of Neuvelle Orleans!! I have been to that city and truly LOVED it!! I had a great time in the French Quarter!! I would dearly love to attend Mardi Gras someday!!

I know that New Orleans is still hurting from Hurricane Katrina.

Baltimore has had Wold Champions before. New Orleans never has had a Championship team in any sport that I am aware of.

The commercials should be as good as, if not better than, the game itself!! The sponsors are paying mega-millions of bucks to show their commercials during this game!!

The halftime entertainment will be TERRIFIC!! It will be provided by the legendary rock band known as The Who!!

Well...I may NOT be able to watch the game, since I will be WORKING when the game is on...but you know where my sentiments will be pulling for.

If you thought that New Orleans Mardi Gras was rocking, just imagine what it will be when the Saints bring the Lombardi Trophy home.

It's too bad that they took off all of those "Go Daddy" commercials off the air. Too much censorship here in the good US of A. The girls in them were really smoking. I think the website if you log onto it... still has all the the hotties!! ...And uncensored too.

..That's what my girlfriend Rach says anyway!!
