I think the best thing is to simply use a smaller size file to begin with. I was using some pretty hefty clips....

I heard it through the grapevine that "Crash" needed a gif so I put this one together. The nurse I used is courtesy of our resident artist extraordinaire Popeye Wong with a little modifications by yours truly. I hope you like it Crash.
