I saw the news on twitter about Britney Maclin aka Bibi Jones retiring. Really sad to hear. I don't know whether u saw the vid she posted but that was really sad and tough to watch. She was so upset, bless her :(. I actually had a few tears. I think though that she has made the right choice, especially because she wasn't enjoying it. She has great potential and I think she will be a great success in whatever she ends up doing.

Not sure if this is true or just a rumour, but basically they told her (DP) that she was going to be a huge star, bigger than Jesse Jane, but then Manwin bought DP, then all the girls publicity stopped, cause they don't work that way. The older studios used to really build up the girls, beautiful boxcovers, posters, store signings, etc... but the new way of doing things is, the girls are basically interchangeable.....

I've just seen the youtube video from Britney Maclin (Bibi Jones).
I only know her from freeones, some reports & a few videos.
I think she almost had or she already had nervous breakdown. It looks like a burn-out syndrome.
& could it be that she was a little bit drunk or drugged? Her voice sounded like that?
I don't know the real reasons, but I believe that this business can be very hard if you have no support from a BF, true friends or your family.
Too many business people are like vampires, sucking the girls out or acting rough against them.
If you are not self-confident enough to handle this, may be it is better to give it up before you go down.
I'm sorry for her.
I hope she has or she finds good help & I wish her good luck for a new life.

Yeah, it sounds like she simply burned out, and found the first opportunity to bail out. That'll happen.

It's pretty easy for young women to be told tales about how they are going to be big superstars...and then, when the money runs out and the next "It girl" emerges, they're basically tossed aside.

I've always wondered how many of these girls are really there not for the sex, but for the money.

How quickly things change... Sounds like to me because she didn't win Miss Freeones 2012, she's leaving the industry in a huff.

On the Freeones board, in the thread, "Bibi Jones quits porn", Sabrina Deep had the best comments on her sudden departure.

Don't get into porn before you're 25 at least. I'm glad she's gone 'cause obviously she didn't like it. But i wish she never got into, for the same reason.

You know what else might be coming into play with all these "retirements"??

Perhaps they see the condom mandate mess emerging in LA as coming to pass, and the industry self-destructing, and they want to bail out before the EF5 tornado hits the sewage treatment plant??

Of course, there's always relying on camming and website-based content...but how many performers are knowledgable enough and savvy enough to maintain themselves for the long haul??

Or...it's may be just the seperating of those who actually are in it for the sex and the experimentation from those who were only there to get paid and get access to blow and parties.

Yup, that would be Vegas, all right....even the certificate says so.

What I don't get is that if you have truly found love, why would you go to a Vegas marriage mill? Can't afford a traditional ceremony with family and friends?

Something just doesn't feel right about this.

There is this to say..she didn't have The Prophet Reverend Shelley Lubben perform the ceremony. She has some sanity.

You're right, Vicky, it's a Vegas marriage... but it counts & it's legal by law.

Btw, 4 german girls & 4 german boys had holidays in Island.
They found a little traditional church... I'm saying, a very old tradition.
By thinking it would be a nice joke, they got married by the old Nordic Religion & sweared their oath to Odin.
Hahahaha can you imagine what happened later, when they came back to Germany?
One of the girls wanted to marry & when she was asked by the registrar she stated her nordic marriage.
The registrar said no, because her former marriage was valid, she had to devorce first.
