Guys, watch out for 'Rich99' a mobile station, he has a habit of coming to the shows where the girls just visit or are low key in their shows, he'll come in, make a nasty comment, then skip quickly out. Last night with Kimmie Kaboom it was 'your boring' and that was after he said something else first, then came in and blamed his fones auto correction feature, and dropped 'your boring' Kinda took the wind out of Kimmie and her show. We have what we believe to be the required info, but aren't 100 percent sure. I've seen him in other shows do the same thing, but we never were able to get correct information.

Some of you may have noticed snarky comments from a mobile station after a show is off , and usually he waits for about 10 minutes, shows up mobile, makes a snarky comment, ie "Loosers", "your all perverts", "get a life don't watch this" "suckers{ , etc.. I've Got the info on him, He showed up 15 minutes AFTER Samantha left this evening, I asked him, if he was so upset, why did he keep coming back? he didn't make any comment, but by then i had the "info' needed. I'll pass it on up the ladder.

DrDave, this has come up before. We don't care what people say in the cam room when there is no show on. I don't care when you decide to hang out in the cam room, altho I don't understand why you're there 15 minutes after a show if you're not chatting with anyone.

But the bottom line is - we don't care what people say in the cam room when there is no show on. The room is available for anyone to log in and chat. It's really none of our business what people say in there when no show is on. And it certainly is not necessary to "chastise" anyone when there is no show on. If someone is acting up in a show, address it then. Comment to the member. If he keeps it up, mute him. If he goes beyond that, kick him out. If it continues after that, warn him that one more will result in a ban from the VNA Cam system. One more time? Ban him.

OK, first, I need to apologize to DrDave a bit. I logged in to moderate a show and there was the comment. (xstyles301(mobile): Jackofffs) It hadn't been there an hour earlier. I will keep an eye on the cam room between shows, and, after checking his IP, will ban him if I catch him. Other mods should do the same - keep an eye on the Mobile list. If he shows up, no comment necessary. Ban him. He may have a VPN, which generates random IP's for people. If he does, it will be hard to ban him. But, if we keep after him, he will get tired of it and leave. I will PM the IP that DrDave got to the other mods.

I still mean that we "don't care" what people are doing in the cam room when there's no show. But that stops with calling people derogatory names and general badmouthing the industry or it's members..

Moderators - we all know that Sunny Lane worked some at the Bunny Ranch in Nevada. Sunny took a hiatus from the VNA, and is now back.

There is a problem with talking about the ranch. It was mentioned again last night. This needs to stop. I don't know the intimate details, but there are issues with SESTA-FOSTA regarding discussing things like The Bunny Ranch. Some discussions can be interpreted as promoting the ranch. And this could get Vicky in big trouble. And we don't want to do that.

In other words, under FOSTA, classifieds sites like Craigslist and Backpage would be liable for hosting discussions about sex trafficking."

So, in the future, not only in Sunny's show, but anywhere the ranch is mentioned, you are to shut it down. A statement such as "Please do not discuss the Bunny Ranch. Sunny is not there and is not going back. No further discussion is necessary."

Hi, Eddie. I forgot to ask, did you copy the chat? If not, try to remember that (I forget, too. Once the show's over, I log out, and then say "Awwww, CRAP! I wanted to copy the chat," lol.) Copying the chat gives us more to look at if someone feels he was wrongly banned. (yes, it has happened.) A chat copy gives VIcky the chance to review what actually happened. If you like, you can always forward them here and I will store them. Your choice.

Another comment regarding SESTA-FOSTA:

“The bill amends the federal criminal code to add a new section that imposes penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to 10 years, or both—on a person who, using a facility or means of interstate or foreign commerce, owns, manages, or operates an interactive computer service (or attempts or conspires to do so) to promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person,” the bill states.

The legislation says a website is responsible if it “assists, supports, or facilitates” sex trafficking. Some of the vague wording opens up the bill for interpretation and has critics fearing frivolous lawsuits against platforms that didn’t know trafficking was happening on their site. What’s more, the bill applies retroactively, so platforms can be held liable for hosting sex-trafficking-related content when it was legal."

Want thank Eddie last night, I know Eric's show doesn't have a mod at the moment, I think Dr. Dave was the mod so with him being out there's no mod. Zany told Eric several times Samantha's show was on at the moment, as soon as Eddie arrived, I asked if he wouldn't mind killing the show and he let Eric know and did. Appreciated that.

Moderators: If a member named "Kandall" comes in, he needs to be investigated and banned. First, check his IP. If it is in the 69.122/123/125 range, and comes up in the NY area (The Bronx or NJ areas,) then ban him, no warning necessary.

He has been banned twice before for violent comments against a model. He has worn out his welcome. He has been nice (as far as I know) in all other shows, but there is one model he has actually threatened. So, don't wait. He also has a Mommie complex. So that's another way to tell it's him. No questions, just hit the ban, then let me know here. Thanks.

Moderators, please keep an eye on a mobile user named "Joey." He likes to use the word "hore" when commenting to the models. He hasn't yet come right out and called a model a "hore," but he dances all around it. I commented to him the first time I saw him use it about being nice or something. But he has continued in other shows.

As usual, the standard is first to reply, specifically to him, that we do not use that word and we treat our ladies with courtesy and respect. If he should use it again, we mute him. Next, of course, would be the kick and, if it continues, the ban. He doesn't seem to be a really bad person. But, even if he only uses it once, he is going to other shows and using it.

If he does so twice, in different shows, the comment would be "Joey, you have been warned about using that word before. Once more and I will kick you out."

Another word I don't like, but an not sure we should comment on, is "cunt." To me, it is derogatory. So, I'd like to know what people think. What's your thoughts on that word?

I had someone come into Julia's show as "CuntHunter" a few weeks back and asked him to come back with a different name several times.

I would say it's derogatory to me, the only person who I think that would be allowed to say it is the webcam show performer, and only way it could be used in the chat if the performer allowed it.
