How to manage repeating members?
I send a warning after the third time. After the sixth time I gag him, but let him back after a few minutes with a second hint.

Sometimes it is difficult to decide, e.g.: Hadi wanted to inform Angelina that he bought time for a private show & posted it serveral times.
Well, we know our Hadi very well (he's a nice guy), so I decided to let him do. After the 7th or 8th time Angelina noticed his requests & clearified it with Hadi. Then, everything was fine. Sometimes its up to your empathy how you manage a case.

Well News for the night. I guess it started during Monica's show when some guy named "joe" sent Monica a private chat request. Before she told me who it was he had already left. He came back in Siri's show, within 15 min. (?) he sent Siri a whisper, I gaged him. He was quite for , I'd say about 15 min. them he said "show your asshole", I gaged him again and said in chat "NO orders joe".
He came back in later and sent another chat request or whisper, Siri said it was joe and I kicked him when he came back in I told him "if he did that again I'd ban him, not 5 (?)min. later he sent another whisper or chat request to Siri. BOOM no more joe. nuff said.

Well I was thinking of tomer, Carl, he was asking repeated questions the other night. When he would get off of one he would start on another. I know I'm not real smart but, I know when my questions are not being answered that I'm being ignored or it's none of my bisness.

In the case of Hadi, if I had bought private time with one of the VNA lady's, I'm sure not going to tell everyone about in chat. i mean it is called (private chat) for a reason.

I guess the bottom line is "You cant fix stupid, you just have to deal with it". Now I realize what I call stupid and what others call stupid are two defferent things.

Now I may be short timpered but I'm not going to put up with someone calling one of the lady's names like "bitch" or saying
show your cunt or asshole". I will not bend on that! I feel we need to show these lady's as much respect as we show our wife's, mothers or other loved ones. Yes, I'm old fashioned and proud of it.

hey guys glad to be part of this conversation .with some guys like Hadi i would try and Gage their intent my guess is he seems very young and just might no any better , god knows how hopeless i was as a young guy , as for real assholes i am more like Dave I am very protective of those in my charge and would take no shit against someone i was responsible for i know the ladies are big girls and dont "need " protecting but we are there to make sure they are comfortable and relaxed so the can deliver the best show possible. It's what make the VNA so unique in my book there is something for everyone. I think VIcky and all of the longtime members have done a great job of creating a great community and we should keep it that way

Handcock you will find out that there is a lot of ppl that go to cam show's never post on the forum. I don't know why, I thought it was a good way to visit and get to know ppl. I've loved it, don't want to give it up. hehe the wife left didn't she.

Maybe I'm just getting sour to ? . I don't really want to call it stupid, or blame it on the language but I don't know what else to call it.

I kinda understand how the Admin's from camz felt, and they was dealing with a lot more ppl.

To avoid a massacre we need our rules, of course. But how making use of the rules the correct way?
There is no specific way... and that's why you have to manage the rules a little bit flexible.
Lets say, it is like a wrestling ring covered by rubber bands.
Inside the ring everything is ok.
Some guys run against the the rubber bands & flip back into the ring, but some guys go over the band's limits & flip out... hehe :)
I think this is a very good analogy.

Again, how to manage the 20-50 wrestlers? The rubber bands are our rules, our limits. Remember, they are a bit flexible.
Inside the ring the cam girl is the referee. Keep an eye on her & what she wants & allows. This is very important.

e.g. Monica & Siri don't like the nerve killing sound of the private room request, "BEEPBOO BEEBOO" an the whispers.
A message in the open chat is necessary & if some guys don't follow, remind them by a whisper. They ask over & over again? Gag & if this doesn't help, kick out.

BTW, Dave. Joe had enough chances to get back in line. He flipped over the rubber band and was out.

Another e.g. Do you know Kees from Belgium? He's a nice guy (I like him) and a diehard Bobbi Fan.
When he's at Bobbi's shows or Bobbi +Puma's, he might be seen as very rude when he talkes to Bobbi a little bit rough.
Some complained about that, but Bobbi clearified it by explaining: "Kees is one of my biggest fans & he's my bitch...he can say what he wants...bla bla...
Consequentially, Kees stretches the rubberband a little bit more but the cam girl (Bobbi) catches him to bring him back into the ring before he flips out.
Some may think they can act the same way like Kees did? Wrong! The cam girl is the referee!
It seems to be unfair when one of the members is previleged by a cam girl.
In practice, this is no problem because we all have our favorites & we all know who is adicted to what cam girl.
Bobbi has Kees, Co etc...
Carmen has Nrfidkid etc...
Angelina has Elo etc...
Shanda has CGYMike, HT, etc...
Vicky has Walt etc ...
etc... etc... etc...

You see, it's a difficult business.

Study the girls. Find out what the girls want & allow. (+ -) Find out the girl's & fan's relations. Get the clue...
You need your time to learn it. If you don't find a solution, ask another admin how to manage this & that.

Of course, our main efforts we have to put on the newbies, until they get to know what goes on in the VNA.
First, they have to follow staight rules, until we can loosen the reins a little bit.

Remember? Empathy is requested. It is the flexibility of the rubberbands of the ring.

If we go on to discuss about some cases we all can learn from it.

Hey guys, I know I'm not a moderator here but I was reading this and found it interesting reading. I do genuinely agree that some "excitable" members shall I say do probably need to be brought into line during camshows. I don't mind people being in that chat if they watch, get on cam or chat and comment sensibly. The ones that annoy me are those who say stupid things in the chat and generally try to take over it, not allowing others to have a say or ruining others experience. Usually the few who are like that I generally try to ignore but if they constantly do it that's when it's frustrating at times. It's probably best that I don't become a moderator here otherwise I would kick out quite a few people too quickly lol so I'll leave it to you other guys who are that have more patience then I do :).

Hadi for me, doesn't follow the rules as much as he could. There are rules that the moderator puts up at the beginning of the show but it seems to me that Hadi doesn't either read them or understand them as he orders the cam girls around a lot and like Dave has said he says he has bought PVT time with the camgirl (whether true or not I don't know) and tries to divert the lady's attention away from A) what she is doing & B) the other members in the room. I can appreciate that English might not be his first language but he definitely needs to be reigned in a little.

With regards to this Smallcock1 who was at Charlee's show today I did notice something. He started off with that name and on cam (showing his dog rather than himself weirdly) and like Carl has shown he was saying that stuff to Charlee as I was at the show. Then he Logged out and changed the name to hardcockforCharlee and the cam that showed up was the exact same as smallcock1. Also I remember the same guy last week doing similar at other shows. What he usually does is come into the chat with the name hardcockforPuma (or whoever the camgirl is). I am presuming he's a new member but after what Carl has said I thought I better put it out there how this guy operates and what to do to catch him out if he does it again.

Nice work from Dave45 last night by the way with dealing with that Joe character :). He just didn't seem to get the message so it was right you banned him. I could tell that it was starting to annoy Siri quite a bit when he kept whispering to her.

Obviously I'm not saying that I am the perfect member in the chatrooms or whatever, there probably has been times when other members might have found a comment I have made annoying but I do try my best to be within the rules as much as possible :). After being a member here for well over a year now I can probably say that I am a respected member of this site with both camgirls & active members alike. Just wanted to give my opinion on what I had read here and try to help the moderators out as much as possible to keep all genuine people happy and a nice environment here :)

In relation to Hadi, luckily he doesn't come to all the camshows but I'm sure all the moderators know how he behaves now. Hopefully he can understand the rules here and calm down a bit. A good point Dave that you raise about Tomer. I think he is a Shanda member as I only generally see him at Shanda's shows. I agree that it is a little frustrating when he keeps asking the same questions to Shanda repeatedly especially if she has already answered it. I have no problem with a member asking about when content is coming to the girl's site but there is a limit to how many times you can ask a girl surely

As far as I know there is no schedule as to who Admin's who's show. I just log in and if there is not a Admin there just I step in.
Walt likes to do Monica and Vicky's show's, Carl is a Sunny fan, G-J (I beleave is a Julia fan). Me I fill in where ever I can. But I"m not afrade to step in if I think it is needed!
If someone want's to Admin a show we just ask I'll step aside.
