I do http://popphysique.com/ which targets the legs (quads and calves) and ass a lot.
I also recently started Jillian Michaels' "Ripped in 30" program. I'm on week 3. It targets the entire body.
I also work out at my local gym, focusing usually on my legs with various weight machines, and do 30 mins of cardio usually on a very high resistance level, and then 10 minutes of walking on an extreme incline (like level 12-14 on the treadmill).

I don't repeatedly target the same areas because it makes me bored as hell, but generally the areas I target more than others are my butt, thighs/hamstrings, abs, and triceps.

Your Behind The Scenes video of your shoot with Alan was really fun and interesting, especially at the end when you were naked, the cameraman was packing up, and you were having this esoteric conversation about Hell. Anyways, It seemed like there was almost no one else on set besides the two principals, the cameraman (were those fuzzy slippers?), and your personal BTS videographer.

I've done it before, with my husband, in the shower, with the water running. I'm into it. But I wouldn't be with just any ol' guy, and definitely not if the person was dehydrated or ate a horrible diet, since that results in gross stinky yellow pee.

I fucking hate it. It's relatively common to see people (talent, sometimes directors and producers) smoking weed on set. And who knows how many people smoke before and are already high before we start shooting, lol. it seems like everybody smokes weed in California. I don't, so I find it really annoying. If you can't do your job unless you're high, you should find a different job. And you definitely have a problem. And it makes the whole day less efficient, makes it hard for me to connect with my co-star if he/she is high... there's really no benefit that I see to people being high on set.

As for harder drugs, I haven't been exposed to anybody doing them on set, but I've only ever been on pretty "vanilla" boy/girl and girl/girl sex scene sets. I've heard rumors (haven't we all) but never seen any such thing, nor evidence of anything going on.

I've always heard that the few drug addict girls who actually get work (because for the most part if you're on drugs you can't last in this industry), are usually shooting the super hardcore content (double anal, double vag, double anal fisting, anal prolapse, etc.) and the drugs supplement their ability to do those kinds of scenes (chicken or the egg? hmm). I'm not in ANY way saying that all girls who do DAP and DVP etc. are on drugs; just that the few girls in porn who ARE drug addicts, don't even get hired for "regular" work like boy/girl and girl/girl, because they're so unreliable, so for the most part the only work available to them is EXTREMELY hardcore. Directors will only really put up with crazy chicks if they're doing insane sex acts on camera, because at least in exchange for putting up with the girl's insanity, the director will get a good scene (he hopes) out of it.

Yes, absolutely. The most people I've ever seen on a crew is 6, including the makeup artist, on Girl Candy Films' sets. They run 3 cameras and usually have 2 other guys on the crew for lighting, boom, and other equipment.
Basically every single boy/girl scene I've ever shot has been a max of 2 people: the person holding the camera and a production assistant, typically either holding the boom or on standby to hand over lube or a baby wipe or whatever when somebody nees it.
By all accounts of those who have been in the porn industry for a while, there haven't been regular fluffers since the days of Jenna Jameson - or, pre-internet porn, you could say.
Why? Budget. Most companies can barely stay afloat, much less make a good profit. They simply cannot afford to employ more than the absolute bare minimum of people required for the production. More and more that is one or two people to film/do lighting and sound, period. More often than not I do my own makeup because many companies don't have it in their budget to hire a makeup artist.

The couch came with the house. Nearly all the time the furniture we use is what is already available in the house, and the producer will bring blankets and/or sheets to cover the surface and protect it from icky porn star sweat and cum.

My husband and I had advance-purchased tickets for a few days ago to Universal's Horror Nights. But I got so claustrophobic and anxious in the big crowd (which was easily 100,000 people, all crunched together with almost no elbow room), I started feeling extremely nauseated and then felt an anxiety attack coming on.
