What fascinates me about all this is how Mike South sooooooo jumped the gun to declare all this an "outbreak" just to slam his usual vendetta against the Free Speech Coalition and APHSS for following their testing protocols. Well...that, and the fact that the AIDS Healthcare Foundation was also so trigger happy to attempt to milk this to their own condom mandate campaign.
