Shout out to Winning Time on Max... 2 Seasons about the Lakers in the 80s
Great performances by John C Reilly and others...
... a solid 8, but I give it a 9 because of frequent titties....
I was surprised that they had Jerry Buss fingering a girl in a restaurant and groping the hospice nurses boobies
and for the ladies some cock too

Binged it on release day, but forgot to post here. If you enjoyed season one of Good Omens, you will also enjoy season two (Amazon Prime). Or, if you are a fan of the books of Gaiman or Pratchett, I highly recommend the series. As I said when recommending it, season one is one of the most faithful translations of a book to the screen that I have ever seen (which is a good thing in this case because the book is fantastic).

Not the Rocko I was expecting, but then I noticed the spelling difference:lance_s wrote: ↑March 7th, 2024, 8:27 am Haven't seen it, but in case any one is interested - the life of Rocco Siffredi:

If you are a comic book fan and were a fan of the 90's X-men the animated series Disney plus is releasing a new season this month. The show ended in 1997 and the new series will pick up right where the old one left off.
Keep smiling. It makes people wonder what you are up to :-)
Going for an oldie but goodie. I never watched Monk when it originally aired but started watching it the other day on Netflix. Very good show. Still popular enough that 14 years after the show ended they made a new movie.

I try to want to like Guy Richie but I am anticipating over the top violence and crass british humor... maybe I am wrong? So far I can't bring myself to click it

Not sure if this should go here or movies, but I think here is more logical. I came across this article on the BBC web site:
https://www.bbc.com/culture/article/202 ... ie-history
I remember the name, and some of the movie titles sound vaguely familiar. The movies sound like they would be worth watching on a quiet evening.

I've been watching Baby Reindeer on Netflix... a truly fucked up apparently true story of a stalker. So far it's had very dark sexual abuse/trans/drug use... and comedy...
Leave it to the Brits to come up with fucked up entertainment....

Finished watching Fallout on Amazon and really liked it. While it is based on a series of video games it is completely stand alone so you dont need any knowledge of the games to enjoy the show. Good sci fi story with a good mix of drama, action, violence and dark humor.
