The Walking Dead is kinda boring when you first start it but it's so amazing, but I'm obsessed with all that zombie stuff. xD They also have a new show coming out, it's like the prequel to The Walking Dead. I'll be watching that too. :)

stickyvicky wrote:OK who here has netflix? I think I'm gonna downgrade my overpriced cable package because between netflix and amazon prime what more could you possibly need? Netflix is about 8 bucks a month... it's the best value anywhere! I have watched the entire Dexter series which i didn't think would be good from hearing about it, but was shocked how much I enjoyed it! I was always rooting for him! I also watched House of Cards which was brilliant. Now I'm watching House MD in my spare time.. IE at midnight, lol.. that's when i do my tv watching late at night when I put the computer away....
I only keep my cable so I can get TCM and I like to watch Mr. Ed every morning. Yes I also like PBS historical series in particular. Netflix keeps me busy too. I am way behind on my TV watching which is probably good for my health. I cannot even get as many VNA shows in as I would like. Just not enough time.

Back to the topic. Weeds is so far my most favorite series ever. I think it was originally Showtime. I also liked Mad Men

I started watching Ascension. It's only a couple of episodes long...but it's because I love Tricia Helfer and she needs to get in my bed. :D

Some great shows on Netflix are Peaky Blinders (that is awesome) the American version of House of Cards, Sherlock, Orange Is The New Black and the new series Narcos. Each of them very enjoyable and can get hooked on.

OITNB is amazing! After Longmire, I have to decide which show to start....maybe Sons of Anarchy, maybe Breaking Bad...maybe finish Mad Men or HIMYM. I'll have to see. xD

Did a all night binge watch of Marvel's Jessica Jones last night definitley not all here today now ( 13 episodes: 830pm-7:30am). I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't heard of Jones before. It was just as good as Daredevil I thought.

I did one episode and found it a tad slow... does it pick up?

I thought it was good until she picked up the car with one hand. They never did even explain why she has any superpowers? Maybe I just didn't watch it long enough... I fell asleep anyway... NJ exhausted me !

I've watched Daredevil and I like it. Waiting for season 2. Will have to check out Jessica Jones as I don't want to miss anything related to the Marvel universe. Currently I'm watching Miami Vice on Hulu....yes the 80s Miami Vice. Haters will hate but I miss the 80s...

Peaky Blinders is GREAT. Took me like 3 episodes to get into it but after that I was hooked.
Not Vicky's cup of tea. I think the accents are a bit tough to get.

... the only thing that's a bummer for Netflix is doing 2 seasons in a marathon and then having wait over a year for new episodes
.. and then you've forgotten the original story...

But great show.... scheduled for 2016 sometime...

I'll give you that the first one was a little slow. It does pick up latter.

The accent are kind nda tough for some in Peaky Blinders but most people I know got use to it. I agree binge watching the two seasons kinda sucked when you know you have to wait. I heard BBC has to play it first then Netflx will get it early 2016 hopefully.

Currently binge watching The Flash then will watch Jessica Jones.

I even want to rewatch a few series on Netflix but the urge to watch ones I haven't yet is too great. Lol.
