Just started watching 1899 on Netflix. It is by the creators of the German show Dark which I really enjoyed. A steamship carrying passengers from Europe to America in 1899 comes across another ship that vanished 4 months ago and is now abandoned. They have to figure out what happened to the 1000 plus crew and passengers on the other ship before the same thing happens to them.

That one sounds like a Twilight Zone episode. I may have to watch it. Probably ought to watch the Twilight Zone episode, too, if I can find it.

Watched Wednesday on Netflix. Really good. A teenage Wednesday Addams of the Addams Family is sent to boarding school. Think Addams Family crossed with Harry Potter. Jenna Ortega is perfect as Wednesday.

I really enjoyed Wednesday as well. Very cool to see a grownup Christina Ricci, who played Wednesday in the 1990's Addams Family movies, included as one of the teachers at the boarding school.

When I first saw that I did a double-take. I thought that it was Salty Cracker:

This screencap was taken from this video. Halfway through there is a neat animated gif that shows up in the lower right of the screen. I do not know if the moon is supposed to represent some sort of cryptocurrency. I do not recognize it. But, I think the ghosts are supposed to be cryptocurrencies. It would make a neat Halloween gif, anyway. I was never into any sort of crypto. I have used a link for the video instead of embedding it because the thumbnail is a little graphic. People not wanting to see Hillary Clinton in a cheesy security guard uniform taking aim at Sam Bankman-Fried with a pistol should avoid the YouTube version of this video. I have posted the Odysee version because it jumps right to the video.

Just watched the first episode of The Last of Us on HBO Max. I really liked it. It is adapted from one of the best video games ever made (in my opinion. others may vary). The game had an excellent story and even though only the first episode has aired I think they are going to do a great job adapting it. In nature there are fungi that infect insects and take control of their brains and body basically turning them into puppets to do what the fungus needs in order to spread and multiply. The game and now the show took that concept and adapted it to humans. 20 years after the outbreak a smuggler has to get a young girl safely across post apocalyptic America while avoiding the infected and even more dangerous, the worst of humanity that has arisen from the break down of society.

Just watched the Boston Stranger movie on Hulu... I have to say pretty watchable even if it has an English star portraying an American reporter... and no titties...

Haven't posted on this thread in AGES because there's so much shit to watch... most of it is pretty average BUT....

Here's one I just finished...

Lioness... started GREAT with hot girls doing chinups at boot camp... good action scenes and then kinda went mushy with gratuitous lesbian kisses and overwrought emotional stuff...
8 episodes so you can down it in a weekend... I give it a 7/10, actors great, average script, could have been great and needed... bigger tits
