VNALive model Emma Lovett -- YES or NO?!

Boys & girls. Ladies & gentlemen. The VNA is the most interactive network in the business. And it is asking for your help. Vicky would like to hear your opinion regarding one of the VNALive models. As you may or may not know, Emma Lovett is a girl who was added to the line up two months ago. Cute, hot, bubbly young woman. One who wears the title "phenomenal jizz catcher" with pride. Sadly, there have been some incidents, such as intentionally running 10-20 mins late, and choosing paid shows on Streamate over doing a member show on this network.

Do you want Emma Lovett to continue her activities as a VNALive model? Do you rather see the people in charge take action by telling her to leave?

Perhaps she needs something blunt in writing saying ''you may not have any members so you think you should be spamming the members here with relentless requests for tips and memberships but you will NOT get any members in the VNA by being the only model who treats VNA Live like a glorified Streammate bastard stepchild. It is disrespectful to the girls here that do legitimate shows for members. The purpose of VNA Live is to use the platform to do ''real'' member shows.... on time. If you can't do a real show for 'members' that's ok, but it won't be with us. We could use your time slot for another girl that will. Do real shows for members or we will have to let you go and discontinue access for the members that you do have to our camshow feeds. We are actually getting several complaints from fans and... we actually listen to their opinions. The other 59 girls in the network and the potential fans you are disrespecting deserve more.'

I only saw her first show because after she hit the bong on cam I knew this is not going to be good. If she wants to smoke pot fine do it on her own time. to each their own if that is what others are fine with let them watch I chose to turn the channel. I just had a feeling she is a young stoner and flighty maybe good for the younger crowd. Man I'm sounding old and preachy.

I like the idea of a written warning such as what Rokker has stated. Unless one has already been given.

Maybe we should leave her? So people can see the difference between her show and someone like Shandafay who puts in 100% effort and really cares about her shows? The difference is so glaring... maybe it will help the girls like Shanda to leave her here? lol... just kidding.... I voted to kick, but I'm not sure that is fair because I haven't given her a warning.... I think everyone deserves at least one warning.

I agree that her shows as is, are a complete waste of time. But what if I spoke to her and she listened? She may just quit anyway after she gets my email, lol...

I don't know Emma so I won't comment on the quality of her shows or her personality, but punctuality has never been a trait that most of these girls possess. Models are notorious for being late and it pisses me off especially if I am paying for a location. It wastes my time and money so I totally see your point. Same goes for dancing. Some girls are always late to work with some lame excuse about their car, money, dog, etc. You are running a business and you need people to be punctual. People come here on-time expecting a show and have to wait for some half-assed show. It does VNA no favors and there are plenty of other hot girls that can probably be punctual. You have created a quality product here and you should uphold those standards for all models. Do what you must, but I know what I would do. Bye Bye.

I voted "boot" but Vicky is right. You have to give her a warning first. Based on that, I change my vote to "Give her a chance." Not sure I would be quite as harsh as Rokkerr, but I would certainly mention the being on time, the not mixing her VNA shows with Streammate or other "PPV" shows, or smoking pot on cam.

While at least some of the VNA members are no strangers to pot <<raises hand,>> this is not a "stoner" community and I think smoking on cam is totally out of place. While smoking pot has been "legalized" in a couple of states, and more may soon follow, it is still against federal law. While we may condone it for our own entertainment purposes (just like alcohol,) I don't think we should be glorifying, or advertising it at this point.

Some of the VNA girls partake a little of the devil weed (hope I'm not giving away secrets,) as well as some of the members (heaven forbid, lol.) I myself shall remain neutral - wait, what was I talking about? Who are you? Aww, who cares. Where are the chips?

But, like I said, I don't really think it is something we should be promoting on cam. I may even be in the minority, and that's just fine. But that's my thoughts.

If she's not able to manage 2 platforms at the same time she shouldn't do it that way. Other girls are doing it successfully, BTW.

That's not the way to treat our members.

She should consider about her business model & if it does fit to the VNA. I don't think so...

I haven't seen a show of hers so I guess there's no bias here on my part. My experience with people who are...shall we say very enthusiastic about weed and showing it off tend to be "forgetful" and too carefree. On that side of the coin, with Rokkerr saying that stoners don't tend to do well with the cam shows, I'd vote to kick. However, as Vicky said, there has been no warning at this time. Maybe a warning will open her eyes and she'll be more attentive to her responsibilities. I'm guessing it won't do any good (based on my experience with stoners) but I don't know her and I think it's only fair to go with a warning.

The incidents regarding her Friday show may seem normal in Emma's camworld, but I find it disrespectful to all the VNALive website members. It also affects the well-built reputation of this live network. I totally understand the guys who logged out after 10 mins saying this girl ain't worth their time as she obviously doesn't care (much) about it, either. I'd be okay with giving her a warning, IF I thought it would have any effect, which I fear it won't. Therefore, I don't see any reason why we should waste more valuable time and energy on trying to keep the partnership between the VNA & Emma Lovett up and running.

Voted to ask her to leave.

That may be true, but you are supposing. She very well might wake up and fly right. Might not, too. But you have to give her the warning.
