Next, she wants to blame both doctors for doing the work - doctors she went out and found, then told them to do the work. Then she wants her "fans" to pay for HER stupid mistake.

Then, after all this, she says, "'I'm going to have to have my boobs out and start again,' she said. 'I love having surgery and I am going to have more surgery."

Why not have them cut your brain out? I mean, it's not like you're using it or anything.
I respect your opinion, Walt, but gotta disagree on Sophie Anderson and her situation.

Not a fan of the super blown up lips, but otherwise Sophie is pretty enough.

Secondly, not her fault that her initial boob job blew up on her to the point of risking her life. Blame the surgeon who performed that malpractice.

Also, if Sophie wants to retain her former boobage, more power to her. It's essential to her personal extreme super-slut persona, and it's still her body.

Just as those hating on Siri Dahl for downsizing her rack need to get a life and take 3 chill pills, the same goes with the hating of women like Sophie and Ava Devine who choose to go full supersize. They don't do it for the men; they do it for themselves.

Not a problem, Anthony. She's hopefully a pretty nice person, altho I don't know her. I am just one of those who is quite happy with what I've got, good or bad. I basically have no trouble with some sort of cosmetic surgery. And I will always support what others want to do with themselves. But when you go to what I consider extreme (like it's even my business, lol) and things go wrong, I don't have a lot of sympathy for that. You know, your choice, your results.

I will certainly also agree that not all doctors may really know what they're doing. And, if they agree to do something and then screw it up, they gotta pay.

Big is OK. There's the Standard British Handful, and then the Generous British Handful, but this is absurd. Why is the doctor who did this not charged with malpractice?

I've said it before. Not my thing but I believe people should be able to spend their money on whatever brings them joy as long as they're not hurting anyone. Whether it's more car than they need, more house than they need, expensive hobbies like a boat, a pool, or a country club membership, or body modifications like tattoos, piercings, or enhancements. I have my own preferences in every category, but I try not to judge others for their choices. I can't imagine how difficult those things make every facet of her life but hey, if it brings her joy, good for her.

I know I used to bitch about things I didn't like. Still do sometimes. But, you're right, Davest. I'm trying to reeducate myself to be tolerant (not necessarily accepting) of the differences that people desire and like. It's not my body, it's not my life. I don't have to like folks that do things I don't like. But, on the other hand, how is what they do harming me? Just because some folks want to do strange things with their bodies, #1, is none of my business, and, #2 they are most likely as nice as those we call friend.

But I still say, those are just too damn big. (For me. I'm sure Rokkerr loves 'em, lol.)

Likewise. But obviously enough people do that she's making a (presumably decent) living out of it.

Limb extensions have been a thing for decades. Normally they are done if someone had an accident while younger that caused one leg to be shorter than the other when they finished growing. As elective surgery, I can see why travel was required.

I don't have a problem with it. As usual, IMO, if someone wants a body modification (tattoos, piercings, implants, lipo, Botox, face lift, whatever) and they can afford it and it is not hurting anyone else and they know the risks, go for it. Some people buy more car or truck than they need; good for them. Others will buy more house than they need, or have expensive hobbies (like a pool, or a boat, or a country club membership); good for them. If it brings you joy and you can afford it, I am trying to learn to allow people their happiness without criticism.

I used to be happy when I could afford a second 6-pack,

I fully agree, Davest. I, like most others, have had a "number" of opinions over the years, lol. I even walked out of a liquor store once because the guy behind the counter had too much metal in his face. You know - you want to being a magnet and see if it'll stick, ;lmao:.

But, thankfully, age has a way of mellowing you out. If you're 50/60 or beyond, think back over time about how you've changed. Your thinking, the way you comb your hair, the people you hang out with, your opinion about a certain part of society. Race has never really bothered me. but once hair colors started going crazy, then metalwoek followed close behind. That's where I started digging in. I don't even like it when a girl has 3 or 4 earrings stuck in each ear. So I have a somewhat narrow stream of likes.

But age has a way of mellowing a person put. I still don't like any of those things, but I am rather quickly coming around to not getting excited about things that people do to themselves. I still have a right to like or dislike whatever I want. But I can handle dislikes much more easily. Just because someone does something I don't like doesn't mean I have to get all excited about it. Is that a part of youth? Most everybody has likes and dislikes. But way too many of us get all excited about those things. I swear, if people would pay much more attention to their OWN lives and businesses, life as a whole would be so much better. And, yes, that includes me.

I agree that its his body and his choice as to what he does to it or with it.

I was just thinking back to when I had a fractured tib-fib after being hit by a bus. The bones were taking a long time to knit and there was talk of putting in screws to speed up the process. But there was second school of opinion (including my dad, who did a lot of work in orthopaedics), that putting in screws unless absolutely essential, should be avoided.

My leg healed fine without screws, and the idea of putting in plates and screws when they aren't needed just makes my skin tingle.

They used this in the movie Gattaca. In this movie, the protagonist is the result of his youthful parents just having sex and accepting whatever baby results. This in a world where genetic selection is available and used by most everybody. The protagonist wants to be an astronaut, but it legally prohibited from doing so by the insurance agencies, who proclaim people with such "inferior" genetics to be too big of a risk. A professional swimmer who was paralyzed in a diving accident is paid to provide various body samples so the protagonist can impersonate him. At the space company where the protagonist works, blood samples are used to make sure only the genetically acceptable are allowed into certain areas. Genetic "inferiors" are relegated to doing janitorial tasks. It's really a good movie, with a touching B plot of the protagonist's relationship with his family and his genetically-selected younger brother. The parents decided to use genetic selection with their younger child, and when they saw the greater development speed of the new baby, they pretty much just started ignoring the first child. The younger brother became a detective and would eventually catch the older one while solving an unrelated murder at the company. The younger one did not turn in the older one. One aspect of the B story was that the family lived near a beach, and the two brothers would have swimming competitions. The older one actually saved the younger one's life once when they had gone out too far and the younger one was exhausted. The younger one started to drown and the older one had to help him back to shore. As adults, the detective brother asked the protagonist how he did that, since he was genetically inferior. The protagonist replied that he just kept going until he won, whereas the younger brother always kept something in reserve for the trip back to shore. Because of the way he was treated as a second-class citizen in general, and as a non-existent child by his parents, he didn't really care whether he lived or died, so there was no point in keeping some strength in reserve. I think I have the movie on DVD, but I am not sure if I have packed it away or not. If I ever get a working DVD player, I may look for it. It is a good movie.

Brittany Elizabeth is VERY cute and also very bubbly and positive. In my opinion, she was darn near perfect two or three surgeries ago. Oh well, her body, her choice. As long as she (and hopefully her husband) is happy.
