I'm all for "enhanced hotness" to a minor degree.

I get trying to fool Mother Nature as long as possible, but there is a difference between erasing a few laugh lines and firming up the breasts, to turning yourself into a cartoon character.

There is a lot of competition in the industry to separate yourself from the crowd and prolong what is more than likely a very short career, so I kinda get why some girls do what they do. The problem is that those changes to "enhance" your best assets are pretty hard to reverse and quite frankly, don't look that great when Mother Nature reclaims what is rightly hers.

Many times it is unnoticeable because it is slight and enhancing. But when it becomes obvious, it gets much hairier to me. And look at those that have totally destroyed themselves because they went too far. Like anything else, some is usually fine, but too much is, well, too much.

But I still don't see the need.

At one time I thought about getting a boob job I even had a thread on here. I was stripping them and tips aren't good when your small no matter how cute you are, unless your well known! It was Vicky that talked so much to me about it and advised me not too and I can't thank her enough

i've always said i prefer natural to fake. there's just no better look and feel. even if you get smothered or slapped in the face by them, i'd rather get slapped by real boobs.

Now of course there are some notable exceptions to fake boobs, i mean you gotta pay top dollar of course to get that natural look and feel.

If all implants were like that, i'd say go for it. Big is good, bigger is better.

But there's different levels and quality. And depending on your budget, well they either look good or cross-eyed.

Not only that but nipple and overall skin sensitivity is affected. So if you don't want to have to use jumper cables to get started, it's probably best to keep what nature gave you. Yes some surgeons say they can keep sensitivity high, but everybody can have an off day.

For the lips, well i can't complain i've been told i have nice full lush lips myself, total chick magnet. Too bad they go overboard and overblown they just end up looking like a goldfish.

Hm... I thought about it already for a longer time... not because of sex biz matters...because I know some women who survived breast cancer.
They all felt like shit without one or two breasts.
Most got implants & the difference was immense! They felt like women again.
The difference between a medical plastic surgeon and a beauty surgeon is that the medical one takes more care of the woman's health.
He want to reconstruct her breasts, so that the woman looks almost like before, & she can live her life as before.
The beauty one doesn't have the women's health in mind, neither the medical nor the psycho... he does it for the money, else they wouldn't do these operations with such crazy results as shown in the pics in the former posts.
Many celebrities did it & they look awful!
I'd sue those sugeons for such shitty work.

To do it for yourself? To feel good & to consolidate your self? OK, but carefully... less is more
