The main concern of course is for the safety of all adult performers. No means no... no matter who or where you are. I applaud Nikki for doing the right thing and calling these creeps out.

Why is stepping on someone's head, and choking even sexy? Does that really turn you guys on? Do you secretly hate us women? I don't understand it. It must sell like hotcakes or they wouldn't be shooting that? Manuel Ferrera did that to me one time and I got really mad. I tried of course not to ruin the scene for the cameraman and editor, but the minute the camera stopped I let them know how I felt about that and it didn't happen again.

Again and again it makes me so happy that I just work for myself and don't have to shoot scenes for others.

I know girls in this network who have taken 2-3 days on the couch or bed to recuperate after a particularly rough scene. When I am outraged, they say NO I liked it. I was OK with it. I just don't get it.

I hope Nikki is ok.

There is some quite serious stuff out there, Vicky. And there are a number of ladies doing it over and over. Sure, some of it is sexually exciting. But could I get along without it? Of course. All I can figure is that they must get paid a lot of money to do those shoots. And, they either have to like it, or at least be able to endure it just to get thru it. Some shoots, you see tears, and I'm sure they are real. Nope, I don't get it either.

I can see what Brazzers is saying. No, I am in no way condoning what happened to Nikki. But, apparently, the way it works is that Brazzers hires someone to shoot a scene, then buy the scene later for their own production and distribution. They do not have a representative on set, as they trust the people they hire to be good and decent people. Should they have had a representative on set to monitor the goings on? I don't know. But it doesn't seem to me like everyone should be bashing Brazzers. It seems to me that people should be bashing TonyT and the others on set that did nothing to stop the abuse that continued after Nikki said No.

But, on the other hand, Nikki blames Brazzers, and I will certainly support what Nikki says. According to some, this TonyT has been involved in previous issues of questionable integrity. So, apparently he should never have been hired in the first place. This hails back to the James Deen issue. Blackball them both, I say. Take care and be strong, Nikki. The industry, the performers and your fans are all behind you.

Will this be enough to cause Brazzers to go under? Probably not, altho maybe it should be. But I'm betting many performers will stay away. I see Lauren will be shooting for them soon, and is advertising that fact. Lauren, there will be many that believe you should cancel this and take your business elsewhere. Please be careful. Maybe take a friend.

It was my understanding that the director was the one doing the damage. Certainly could have been others involved, including everyone on set. They should name and blackball them all.

Nobody really wants to work for them. But they are one of the few companies in porn with money to pay the girls to shoot (of course they have money, they stole everyone else's work and gave it away for free on their tube sites, thereby putting everyone else out of business). The girls who live in LA don't have a lot of options. There is maybe 25% of the work that used to be there 10 years ago. Everything in LA costs a fortune especially rent, so the girls have to work for Brazzers even though they know that Brazzers steals their content from them making their own websites worthless. It's so messed up. What a mind fuck that is? Brazzers is known for rough scenes, this happens all the time. It's a great plan, hide behide "third parties" like directors. Send out a carefully worded statement, "take steps to be sure it doesn't happen again", yeah right, it has been happening for years already, if they wanted to "take steps" they would have done so already. Just like they hide behind "users" oh it's not us stealing your porn and putting it on our tube sites so we can make millions in ad revenue and affiliate signups from dating sites, it's not us doing it, it's random users, who we have no control over, just like we have no control over the directors we hire. What a great setup huh?

From everything I've been reading and hearing, this was a premeditated assault on Nikki (and yeah, I'd even call it rape) by Tony T -- and the performer wo did that segment -- driven by revenge and perhaps even racist hate for Nikki for doing an interracial scene with a Black performer.

I do agree with Walt that the primary fault lies with Tony T and the performer he enabled for this attack for this violent assault, and they need to pay with some jail time....for starters. But, Brazzers/Mindgeek can't escape accountability, either: this man had a reputation as an out-of-control violent hothead a mile long with a history of becoming violent with female performers. You would think that a company would better protect the performer that they not only pay as their featured contract girl, but also dubbed their "Ambassador". They should have screened and evaluated the history of producers and performers better to not allow such situations to develop to begin with.

A few other former performers have come forth with allegations that Brazzers/Mindgeek had covered up other incidents of "sex rage" during scenes by threatening to not pay female victims or otherwise silence them. Also, it's not hard to believe that some of Mindgeek's management has too much of a tolerance for pushing a scene to if not over the line of overaggressiveness just to sell "edge". That has to change, and in a hurry.

Once Nikki recovers from her injuries, she needs to take no prisoners. Bust Mindgeek's ass from pillar to post. If there is justice in this world, she should own that company.
