I suppose if someone were to make the effort, it would not be too hard to create a benchmark reference. Create dummy accounts, then post successively more revealing pictures till the account is deleted, but keep a record of what was posted and what triggered the account deletion.

Then go to court with a documented history of what was permitted and what was not and force them to be consistent.

I know, I know, who's got the time or the money. Its always the same David vs goliath story - too bad the biblical result is so infrequent. C'est la vie!

Yeah, our prisons are mostly in terrible shape. Even if you've been charged with a horrific crime, you should be treated with courtesy and respect. At least until you prove otherwise to the guards. But, even that is no reason for bad treatment.

High bail is to keep people locked up who may have the resources to flee, probably overseas. If they can pay the bail, and then take off, I can pretty much guarantee you there are bounty hunters out there who will get you.

I don't know. People used to dress respectably when they went out in public. My mother wouldn't even go out in public with a cigarette. After dinner at a restaurant, the folks, like most smokers, liked an "after dinner" smoke. I don't know if Dad was impatient or what, but he finished his cig., then said, "Come on, let's go." Mom replied (something like) "hold on, I'm not done with my cigarette." So we waited until Mom was done, lol. (You, GO, Mom.)

I don't know what to say about teenie clothes in public. Yes, we wear even less at the beach. So I don't really know. It sounds like, even tho her clothing was skimpy, she was somewhat appropriately dressed. But I also know that there are many models that DO dress moderately when they're traveling. And I, personally, appreciate that. I do think that there are places in public where you should just give up your ego, and join the public appropriately for where you are.
