Sorry but I don't believe a word that girl says... I have heard too many lies about the VNA from her. It may be true who knows, but every single company that has ever hired her, has never hired her a second time. She has a terrible reputation. I made the mistake of recommending her to Naughty America when I first met her. I got a lot of crap about that, and was told never to recommend anyone to them ever again. I am personally not a fan or fond of James Deen. I do worry that 2 tweets from an ex girlfriend who then tweets she is unavailable for 2 weeks while someone's career is going down in flames... kind of strange.
Is it true? Maybe.... he appears arrogant and full of himself whenever I was around him. That being said doesn't every accused have the right to question the accused....?

I personally think that ANYONE who engages in what I will call ''borderline'' extreme porn is asking for trouble.. chocking and spitting on a girl while fucking the daylights out of someone for example is fertile ground for claims of rape and abuse.. not to mention possible claims of obscenity. Why do it? Why push that boundary? Even companies like Brazzers have pulled back.

First off, for the record....Deen separated himself from APAC the Monday following the weekend when the allegations first broke.

Second....there are some performers who are, if not defending Deen by saying he didn't violate them, at least attempting to defend the "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" principle. Personally, I'm more willing to believe Stoya's story due to her history and because she probably had the most intimate access to Deen and his "moods" and when he turned hyperaggressive. I'm probably more keen to believing Ashley as well because she would have the most to lose if she was in fact lying about being abused. Kora, OTOH?? A proven serial liar and publicity hound. Like Vicky said, she makes it worse for the others.

To Walt's point about Kink.com: It should be noted that the BDSM culture that Kink represents places a major priority on explicit consent and ritualized protection through the use of pre-scene interviews, safewords, and detailed protocols. If Deen did violate those protocols while shooting scenes with them, he should be held accountable for them, but that's not necessarily the fault of BDSM.

Also...you'd think that someone who is innocent of a devastating charge of rape would do more than just 2-3 tweets of denial. Not saying that this proves Deen is guilty, but it does make one wonder about his sincerity. If someone was accusing me of raping them and I was innocent, I'd be going full bore to protect my reputation and integrity.

The basic conflict is between the act of believing a woman who makes an accusation of rape or sexual assault because so many victims have been railroaded and further victimized by the criminal justice system and social media, and the principle of "innocent until proven guilty with credible evidence"...especially when there are rare but true cases of trumped up rape charges used against innocent men. Given that, it's all too easy for everyone to run to their corners and throw verbal poop missiles at each other.

I'm not a Reaganite by any means, but his historic saying rings pretty damn true: "Trust...but verify". Let's see how the process works over time. The truth will ultimately show itself.
