lol....Good for Bonnie. :) We have similar laws on the books here in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Other provinces also have some sort of "topless" laws that support women who wish to go topless.
In 1991, toplessness as an indecent act was challenged by Gwen Jacob in Guelph, Ontario, who removed her shirt and was charged with indecency. Part of her defence was the double standards between men and women. Although she was convicted, this was overturned by the Court of Appeal. This case determined that being topless is not indecent within the meaning of the Criminal Code. However, it did not establish any constitutional right of equality. This case subsequently led to the acquittal of women in British Columbia and Saskatchewan who faced similar charges.

I have been crazy about Bonnie pretty much from the moment she came into the industry. An incredible performer with killer body and a girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind, even if it's gonna upset half of the world, lol. Pretty cool that she has also started directing her own movies now.
She's allowed to walk around topless in public yet TMZ has to blur out her breasts as people watching the video could get offended....
