What president IS good? I only liked Obama for the gay rights thing and he seemed like the coolest president ever. And look what's happened since then!
Presidents can act like they care but they'll feed us lies and bullshit and only really care about themselves. And maybe it's me being judgmental but if Trump got in, everything he'd do would probably benefit rich people and I'm poor as fuck, so...I guess I'll move to Canada!
I don't watch the news or politics...I'd really rather not know sometimes...

This is one election year I don't see where we have anyone that's not going to screw us unless we are making a big contribution to their campaign. :yeahbaby:

I'm going to catch hell for being a registered Republican and saying this, but Trump is the worst thing in the world to happen to the GOP. He represents a dying gasp of WASP America as it faces the day when it will no longer be an ethnic majority in the US, and has already surrendered its capacity to sustain a voting majority on a national scale playing the white race card. Add this to the compounding public relations damage by the GOP's insane clinging to religious indignation as a cornerstone of policy...it's just nuts. They've hit rock bottom and are chanting "Drill, baby, drill!!"

One good thing about him is when he says something your not wondering what he's talking about. The guys leading the parties in Canada they speak for 15 minutes and you wonder what their talking about, unless their bashing another one then their crystal clear.

You are right about that Julie, I hate when you listen for 15 min and still don't know what they said...
But I think Donald is really only in it for Donald.

i hate politics always have ! especially after bush jr. won the president race from cheating out gore,in his brothers state of florida, after that -it's a fixed race to me ,
i like trump, cuz he can't be bought off,and he not a bullshitter like other politicians ,if he stops picking on race of people he might have a shot at it.
i think we would get more truth from him then anybody in the race-but it's a fixed race ,shadow government (electorial votes) decides who wins-not the people
but what do i know ,im not even a registered voter
i would vote vicky president,if were gonna get fucked it might as well be from someone who could fuck us really good :lmao:

Well, Mikesline, as the Precinct Judge for Precinct 54 here in El Paso and a certified Voter Registrar I can say that it is absolutely true that, if you don't vote, you don't get to complain.

Never fear, I'm no angel. I never registered OR voted until I was in my late 60's. And, yes I did my share of griping. But now that I'm signed up, I'm glad, and am not sure why I waited. In any case, the way to speak your piece is to VOTE!

Of the many elections held year after year, our Presidential elections are certainly the most important. And voting is soooo EASY!!! Employers must give you time off to vote (Please don't take advantage of that. Get out, go vote and get back to work.) Follow the link below, read the FAQ's and sign up. You may be able to early vote or absentee vote. I think every state has early voting now. You have 10 days before the general election to get out. There are fewer voting places, but you can go any time 7 days a week for that 10 days. and you don't have to go to your specific precinct. If you live on the East side and work on the West side, you can early vote on the West side, close to your work.

But it is so easy to do. We all have our opinions on where this country should go next. So, pay attention! Read the articles, watch the news, even read the paper once in awhile. But actually pay attention to what the candidates are saying. Personally, I primarily pay attention to the top 3 or 4 in the polls, because the Presidential primaries will decide who will actually run. Then, when next Nov 8th gets here (2016) - get out and vote! Please. Yes, it IS important.

https://registertovote.org/index.html

Remember, Obama got elected because of the peope who voted, not by those who stayed home. Do you really want that to happen again?

I heard something about him lowering taxes for middle class. Which is good since I'm poor as fuck and I have so many taxes being taken out of my check every month...and money taken out so lazy people can sit on their ass and not do jack shit!
I can't say I really like Trump but hey...every politician says they're going to do shit but most of it is all lies so why does it matter?

You mean Obama? Obama didn't do a ton for the working class or lower class. Considering the wealth disparity between rich and poor is the worst it's been in history. Bernie Sanders platform is pretty much running on solving this issue. But I'll never believe it till I see it.

Yes, the people had so much hope in Obama & they all got disappointed. :please:
Did he complete any of his tasks & promises? I can't see any... Oh, stop... Obamacare (which stands on feet of clay, still) :reading:
That something is totally wrong in the USA we Europeans already recognise since a long time. :wtf:
Sometimes I have the impression that many parts of the USA are at a level as the 3rd world...what a shame! :wtf:
The 1% who own most of the gross national product want even more. :money: :money: :money:
TTIP is the name of the new foray with the aim to destabilise most European social systems.
The most common sickness that goes around in the USA isn't the cold or the flue... it is the greed for profit & power! :fail:
When is enough enough? :please:
What I don't get is that even poor people & middle class people want to elect Donald Trump. :shake:
He is one of the 1 %.
The greed pours out of each of his pores... He is more worse than Mitt Romney! :tp:
Don't let the fox guard your hen house... :-devil:

Good video, Roland. Thx for the link :hatsoff:

My problem with all the last few presidents is that they all have done things for their friends and the people that have made big contributions to their campaigns.

When you are going to put down a president, you need to also put down Congress and the presidential advisors because they have a lot to with how this country is run also. The president does not make all the decisions by himself.

Just like people like to criticize former President Jimmy Carter for not rescuing the American hostages in Iran. There was a rescue plan that was launched but the 1st helicopter crashed and killed everyone on board so the 2nd helicopter aborted. Then President Ronald Reagan was elected and the hostages were rescued.

I really think Donald Trump is in this for Donald Trump not anyone else.

Worst decision you could make, Kitty. You (and everyone) need to get out there and vote. There ARE some good candidates out there. Hopefully you are listening to what they are all saying and comparing that to your own beliefs.

Think of it this way. If you dont vote, you can't come on here and rant for four years!!! How's that for motivation?? :rotffl:

Well, I couldn't vote in 2012 cause my registration cards didn't come through. (I literally think it was on purpose because I registered as Democrat and they tried to screw me over.) But I would've been voting for Obama if I could've...so, I already made a mistake... XD

I'm an Election Judge, so it goes without saying that I vote. But I only started about 10 years ago, so I surely can't bitch at anyone else. But I can remind you that voting is just about the most important job we have as a member of American society. It is sooooo easy to register. You can vote by mail. Everyplace offers early voting, where you can generally go to any polling place. On Election day itself, you have to go to the polling place in the precinct where you live and are registered. But there are beaucoup opportunities to do it.

So all I can say is please, get out there and do your duty (everyone.)

Looks like Donald Trump is going to get the nomination? Can you believe it? This is really funny, they took parts of his actual speeches and made this...
