Well, I got to see Lauren dance once. That was Sunday night at the nightmoves award show. And let me tell you, she flat knocked me on my ass! Have you ever seen "Flashdance" with Jennifer Beals? Jennifer plays a welder by day and a club dancer by night. There are several good dance routines in the movie. So, Lauren took that music, those routines, adapted them, added some moves of her own, and, I mean to tell you, that girl NAILED it!
I mean, I thought it was absolutely great. Maybe partly because I know and like the movie, I don't know, but I honestly feel I would have loved it regardless, and knowing the movie only made me enjoy it more. Lauren combined several of the movie routines and, like I said, added some of her own work and flat knocked me over.
Rokkerr took video of the entire routine and I think Lauren will have him put it up on her site. Once it is up, you will be doing yourself a grave disservice to not go watch it.
Lauren you ROCK, girl!
