Anyone has a problem with ps4 too

I have a question for the gamers out there.. On my PS4 I did the last update and now i cant play the game the last of us on cd anymore. Its so shitty, because although I have finished it 3 times already I'm playong it on the hardest mode and I try and have done sofar to collect everything that 's in the game. SO firefly pendles, comic parts etc ..

Anyone know how this is possible? Some other games still work ..
Also The cd is not scratched or anything.

Sorry, I don't even have a PS4 - OldFart #OutOfTouch, lol.

Haven't played that one but most games do some sort of data install to the hard drive. You could try to delete that and let it reinstall might fix it. just don't delete your save files

i would delete the game data and reinstall it like richard said ditto for your save files, dont delete them

But the problem is .. the disc you hear it .. but is not loading .. you see the logo of the game and thats it.

Do any other discs load from that drive? I am having a problem that my laptop is not seeing my drive. Windows Explorer doesn't see it, but Device Manager sees it and says that it is functioning properly. When I insert a disc and try to look at it in Win Explorer, I get the message "Place a disc in the drive," even tho one is in there.

Everything points to the fact that the drive is working, but for some reason, my computer is not reading the media inserted into the drive. Don't know if that helps you or not, as I really know nothing about PS-4.

Thanks for the feedback. :) I will have a look into it. My other discs are working fine.
