Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm going to be doing weekly live shows again starting next month. I will be rotating weekly between my usually scheduled showtime and an earlier showtime for all my international members. So one week I'll be on Tuesday evening and the next week I'll be on Thursday afternoon and repeat. I used to do this on my site previously to give everyone a chance to catch me live. Hope to see you at a live show soon!
And don't forget...I will be doing a live boy/girl show tomorrow to kick things off! Don't miss it!

I came in late to your show, however is was good to see you although I could see you where unwell. I hope you get to full fitness soon. I look forward to catching a full show soon. Thanks also for changing you times as I live in Australia and I know that sometimes I am able to make a show and other times I can't.
