CAM ISSUES - Feedback, Voting, Mobile!

Tonight I saw many members logging in & out several times, but those who have been on cam were still on cam no matter the login & out.
Then some other members complained about to be disconnected a couple of times.

I don';t know about that Carl, I've seen Zany kicked out several times and logging back in and returning to having her camera on, same with Free, she's been on camera, get dropped, and logged back in to return sometimes, and sometimes not to camera.

In fact Wednesday night was a good example, Zany was on camera during Julia's show (naturally) and got dropped by the system several times, that continued into Sunny's show, and the last time was Tasha's show, she just gave up trying to stay logged in after that. Hard37 had the same problem, logged in during Tasha's show, and was dropped by the system, and he had his camera up at the time. But your right it does seem that some members once they cam up do seem to stay connected easier than others. Tis strange.

Yes, correct! Very strange, right?
I concentrated on the member Dman who was on cam & logged out/got kicked several times but his cam was still online, and it wasn't a frozen pic.
I'll crosscheck that again & will ask Dman if I'm right, the next time I see him.
DrDave saw this effect as well.

But how do you know they are disconnected? There is no notification to the room that the person logged out. Do you mean you just assume it because they are logging back in? I guess I should to stay in the room more and watch...

The members told me they got disconnected. I'm not sure if they received a related message...

Tonight, 3 minutes after Daisy started her show, suddenly the screen got totally fucked up & then darkness.
All boxes gone. Only an empty black screen!
It happened to Daisy & to all members too.
After a refresh everything came back quickly and we had no further incidences.

Earlier today there were 2-3 guys being quite demanding. Show boobs. Bend over. Put finger in pussy. You know, that sorta stuff. Normally at least one of them would have been muted, but now my hands were tied as they were on a mobile device. You can still somewhat ignore the chat comments when it's done by one guy, but when multiple dudes are simultaneously ordering around like they are the director on a movie set, then it can become a mood breaker for model and other members in the room.

1. Yes & we moderators have no option to mute, kick or ban mobile users.
BTW... the reason why they are short with words like please is that they are on mobile devices where typing aint easy.

2. What we also need is a limitation for text.
Walt accidentally had problems with his keybord, with the effect, that he flooded the entire chatbox with different characters.
The text written before got lost in oblivion. Thus, someone can easily copy huge amount of text into the chatbox to take over control.

3. Is it possible to select another background color than black for the entire chatroom?
It's too dark I think. Now, it fits to a dungeon website for a dominatrix, but not to a colored website full of bubbly girls.

4. Tonight Nilous got disconnected from the server due to "no activity" almost at the end of her show.
I could read that message in her videobox until she came back.

So tonight I was at Lauren's show, then I noticed my name was on the user's list twice (followed by 3 numbers by 1 of them). I logged out at least 3 times then returned but that didnt seem to fix the problem, what did I do wrong? When I was at Deauxma's show this did not happen I even tired to reach out to the admin with no reply.




I was on my computer when this happened.

Not a problem, Spirit. Well, not your problem. You did nothing wrong.

On occasion, when someone logs out, the system will be slow in dropping the link. If you try to log back in before the link is dropped, the system will say, "Oh, there's all ready a "Free Spirit" here. So, we'll give this one "Free Spirit-345."" So that is why you're seeing your name followed by 3 numbers. If I am logged in as "Walt" and someone else tries to log in as "Walt" they will come in as "Walt-xxx."

Last night there were numerous problems with that. I came back later and did some testing, and had the same problems. I have mentioned it to Vicky, and she will look into it.

As we all know, Vicky has been working on Mobile access to the cam room. She has been working on fixing a few bugs and getting other things to work. Vicky would like you to test and see if you can vote from your mobile device. If you have several items, try them all.

So, please fire up your mobile device. Important - Clear your cache and clear your cookies. Then go to your next cam show and see if you can vote for the model. Then, report any problems or issues here.

I went there with my IPhone. Login worked, chat worked, the Vote button is up there, and moves back and forth. Haven't tested the Vote function yet. Will test it during Sally's show.

Yep I tried it too from my android! Worked like a charm!

Clint came in mobile, and I asked him to try to vote. At first he said it worked, but later he came back and said he didn't think it did. I asked him if he got the "Thanks for Voting" box and he said no. I asked him what gear he was on, but he never replied again. Don't know if he dropped off or what.

And I've tried voting two or three times, and I do get the "Thanks for Voting" box. IPhone 6S

Well if he tried it and it worked the first time, it won't work after that cause you can only vote once, so pressing the button afterwards will be useless.

I didn't get the impression that he tried it twice, but when I see him again, I'll try to remember to ask him. I'll post a reminder that it only works once. Maybe that is what he tried.

This isn't quite on the current discussion but I wasn't sure where to ask this question. As most of you know, I like to post the occasional screen capture during the camshows. The problem is when I follow the prompts and upload a Capture, I keep getting "Selected file is not a JPG". I've resized the captures, run them through paint and resaved them as JPGs, retitled them etc. and still keep getting that JPG message. I'm running Windows 10 with most of the up to date programs. Any suggestions as to what's going on or if I need to change a particular setting? I don't do the Captures as much but when I do, this problem is aggravating. Thanks for any help!
Oh and I've used 4 different browsers Edge, IE, Firefox and Chrome...same result.
