CAM ISSUES - Feedback, Voting, Mobile!

I will check on this for you. you sure they are jpg right? When i take screencaps they are png.. but that should work too... let me find out.. actually
is it an uppercase / lowercase thing? ie the program is looking for a .jpg but you are uploading a .JPG? if so I can fix that... hold on....

I've had that happen, but I think it has always worked when I went back and corrected the problem. Try this, Casey. As soon as you save a picture, right then open it in Paint and save it as a JPG. Use the same file name and replace the original. See if that helps.

My captures say they are coming out as JPGs but even making sure by running them through Paint isn't doing the trick. BTW Vicky, don't waste too much time on this...I know you're very busy and this isn't that important. Thank you. Opps, just read Vicky and Walt. I'll retry what walt said but i've have done that...will keep trying and try case sensitive retitling. Thanks again.

Vicky, in the Error box after you've uploaded a file, the message "Selected file is not a JPG." appears with JPG in uppercase. I have no idea about upper/lower case sensitivity in the Error box or on my files box.

No sure what's going on but I just tried to get into Shanda's show 6 times each time I got kicked off.

About 2 time before I could click the cam option I got kicked. I got in 1 time and was saying hi to everyone and got kicked; 3 times I kicked before I logged in. All this on Chrome
When went to Internet Explorer I couldn't even get to the page.


About 6:40 pm I was able to get in on Chrome and stay with camera off.

Yes, it worked in Maggie's show which was really weird. I had not been kicked out like that before. I have not idea what was going on.

It was so strange especially when I would type my name and before I hit login I was kicked. I know u want to know what's going on.

I was texting with DrDave while trying to get on and he said at the start of Shanda's show that there were people who were going in and out. I think they were people who wanted to see the show. I will talk to him a little later, he had to go lay down and take a nap. I will have him put it here what he saw.

II had numerous users tell me that they were watching fine, then all of a sudden got a message that the server could not be reached, and were out. Same thing happened to me twice yesterday, 'sever not available' and boom your gone.

I'll ask webair if there was anything going on yesterday.... but i did pop in a few times myself and never saw any issues... I didn't have any connection problems... I'll let you know what they say.

PS are you noticing that as a moderator you can see the mobile users list separately now? That was the first step in the mute/kick/ban for mobile... so we are getting close to having that last feature.

I forgot to mention, No, I do not see a mobile users list. Yes, I cleared my cache. Does it just pop up or is there a button to click? I don't see any extra/new buttons, either.

I have to go with Walt, didn't see any new list, no new buttons, no extra list for mobiles and I had several come into Nilous's show.

You can toggle back and forth when you double click at the top of the user list area...

yes just double click on "user list" and it should change the list to the mobile users. You can toggle back & forth like that...
I believe we will be able to mute/kick/ban mobile users this week.... I know they can change locations to get a new ip address but we can sure make it difficult for them.

I can't get to the cam room for some reason, I updated flash, and rebooteed, and lost the abilitty to get into the cam rooms, when I click on the Free show button it opens a blank bolack window, no show access.

What have I done wrong ?
