CAM ISSUES - Feedback, Voting, Mobile!

Why not move things around rather than close things? Just an idea... the chat is moveable I think...

Pat just cloee the members on line window, then drag the chat window to the left,a nd expand it, if you want to see who's on line you can use the little orange button on top to open it again, and it'll over ride the area that it's on. All the windows above the line with the members cams can be expanded / contracted ' moved around, and soon the members pics too.

Oh actually i got an email from Carl, only saw it afterwards... so i guess this means we have to change it so that moderators can kick models out.... cause that could have been bad!

It took a little getting used to. I just get grumpy when anything changes. However, I'm warming up to it very quickly. Thanks Vicky.

don't know why we are discussing this is the "who likes the new forum" thread but anyway, how small is your screen? Look at the pic I posted in the new cam system thread, all the windows are movable and resizable... there must be a way you can make it work?

I got so tired of everyone asking when the next show was and who was on when, and people posting wrong times in the chatroom, this way it's right there, and completely up the minute information, as it re-reads the schedule every 60 seconds.. so as soon as i make a change it shows up there.

If everyone really hates it i can remove it but I thought it would be super handy for everyone.

Members list is Sunny's show is alphabetical.

In moderator window yes, double-clicked a members cam and it undocked. Could move and resize it.

My question was: How do I get it back onto the members cam bar? If I click the X to close it, will that close it or send it back to the bar? If I close it but want to watch it in the members bar, that means I would have to log out and back in again.

Yes i'm fixing it where if you close any cams, pressing the chat icon in the top will bring them all back inside the dock, neatly lined up again...
unless anyone has a better idea...

That sounds good to me. I might be nervous because of the early problems we had. If you closed a members cam, it closed it for everyone. That is fixed, right?

Yes I'm reasonably sure that is fixed... we should be seeing less and less blank boxes too, as we are telling the system to ignore if they say "go live with my cam on" and only actually open the box after they click yes to accept permission....

Members should now be on Ver 2.3.1 as well! This means you can pop out the members cams then move them around and resize them as you wish.... to pop them out double click on them. Have fun!

I FOUND A HUGE GLITCH! WHEN THE MODEL CHANGES THE SETTINGS MIDWAY THROUGH HER SHOW, IT DESTROYS THE ARCHIVE!!!!

I'M WORKING ON GETTING THIS FIXED, PLEASE EVERYONE IN THE ROOM TELL THE MODEL NOT TO CHANGE FROM HIGH TO MED OR VICE VERSA DURING A SHOW. IF SHE WANTS TO CHANGE HER CAM QUALITY, CLOSE THE BROWSER AND COME BACK IN WITH A NEW SETTING.

JUST UNTIL IT'S FIXED. SORRY!

ok, for the model it’s now v2.3.2 and when they change their settings, it should start a new video recording so nothing gets destroyed.

This might be a ways down the road, maybe add this to the bottom of your todo list.

But, once the new cam room is fully up and running and everyone is happy, how about either adding to this, or maybe making a new topic, a "How To" for the new room. Hope is, of course, is that new members would see it, come here and learn how to navigate. Or if they go there and can't figure something out, maybe they'll think "Oh, yeah, I saw that "How To" on the forum" (if they even come to the forum Even if they don't, we can direct them here to read up on the latest skinny on how to navigate the cam room.

If you like, I'd even be glad to undertake something like that and send it to you.
