Hello, Walt!

I can't get my camera to work on vnalive.

I've tried switching flash on in chrome settings. It was already on. It doesn't work.
I've tried using Firefox. I just get a new troubleshooting VNA screen. It doesn't work.
I've reinstalled flash. It doesn't work.
I've tested my camera elsewhere. It works.

What should I do now? I see others have this problem as well.

Try this. Close everything and reboot your computer. Once it's up, start I.E., (I think FireFox should work too.) then go to the cam room. Right click the screen and select settings. From there look for the little camera icon. Click that and you should get a pulldown menu. You should see a setting for cameras. If your camera shows up, click it. If your camera doesn't show up, it's time to call Vicky. I've had the same problem with my camera, it just doesn't show up in the window. Can't remember how I got it working though.

If that doesn't work, it's time to call Vicky. She is certainly the expert and should be able to get you going in a minute or two. Everybody's been having trouble since that damn hacker screwed things up. You may have to select a new password for the site, but if you're in the site and then the cam room, I would think all of that is working . So if what I've suggested doesn't work go ahead and text Vicky. I know she can get it running again for you.

Hi Walt. I think this is where I should be to tell of 2 issues I am having. First, ccbill keeps blocking me saying I have used too many gigs, and wait 24 hrs. to log back in. I called them and they tell me there is no problem on their end. So I log out and start over. This works for a while then comes up again. I have cleared the data so don't know what else to do. The 2nd one is when I got on Vicky's site and wanted to make a comment about the galleries it would not let me log in with my username and pass word but would let me leave a comment as a guest. Crazy technology! lol

First, how do you know that it's CCBill that's blocking you? As far as I know, CCBill has nothing to do with how much bandwidth you use. They are simply a payment processing service. I know that Vicky used to have limits on how much you could download in 24 hours, but I'm not sure that is still in place. And even that wouldn't limit your access to the site, it would just stop you from downloading things. So, why you might be limited, I don't know. The only thing I can think of is do you have cookies enabled? Other than that, I have no clue, except thinking that it's something in your computer.

Galleries: If you have one UN/PW for the site and another for the forum, be sure you are trying both. I think that your Forum access is the one you would use to comment on the galleries. But, to be safe, if one doesn't work, try the other.

Vicky is so much more knowledgeable on all this. If she sees me lying to you, she will set the record straight. If you still have problems, come back and let us know.

I know that about ccbill that is why they said to contact you. It only comes up on the forum not on the models sites. How do I tell if cookies are enabled? As far as the gallery comment I used both usernames and passwords, neither worked. You said not to bother Vicky too much so would you let her know about this if you can't figure it out? Maybe it is all on my end . Who knows! Thanks Walt.

I don't really think it's cookies, but I don't know everything (or even a lot, lol.) But tell me which browser you are using and I will help you check that.

I didn't say don't contact Vicky at all, lol. If you have a serious problem, she is usually the one with all the secrets. If I can't help you with cookies, I'll warn her you are coming :lmao:

So, which browser are you using?

Hi, scorpip. I've never heard of this one before. I know I've downloaded video's before with no problems.
Give us more info and we'll see what we can do.

Tell me specifically which site and which videos you're having problems with and which browsers and platform you're using, and I'll see if I can finger something out.

i have been able to download videos fine before it's within the past week i noticed that videos weren't downloading properly.

i first noticed it happening on juliaannlive.com with the video "gym sin" but have had it happen now on multiple sites.

I've used multiple browsers but mainly chrome and i'm running windows 10. i'm going to try and use another pc to see if it happens with that.

I just had another VNA block tonight. Chatted with ccbill and they gave me a new username and password. I asked them why this blocked me as I do not down load stuff and my username and password are saved. He said there is a glitch in the web site. Would this be so?

Certainly could be. it wouldn't be CCBill blocking you for downloading too much. That is a site function. Please PM Vicky and explain your problem to her. Try to be as explicit as possible , such as including a screen shot when you get that error message.

I don't know how to send a screen shot. Could you tell me how? I know I would bring up Vicky's PM address first but then I am stuck. Thanks Walt

I use Paint, Hennar. So this is assuming you have Paint. It comes installed on all PC's.

First, open Paint.

Switch back to the screen that has the picture you want to copy.

On the top row of keys, on the right, you will find "PrtScr." (Print Screen.)

Hold down the shift key and press PrtScr.

Switch back to Paint. You should probably see an icon for it along the bottom of your screen. Or you can press "Alt-Tab" (Press and hold the Alt key and press Tab.) That will cycle you between programs you have open. If you only have Paint and your browser open, you will only see those two.

However you do it, get to Paint. Click on the screen and press "Ctrl-V" (Press and hold the Ctrl key, them press V.) That will paste your picture into Paint, and it should appear on your screen.

Either go to "File-Save" (upper left,) or press Ctrl-S or click the little blue disk icon at the upper left. Click "Save-As."

Name it something and save it as a .jpg to your desk top.

Do you know how to send a PM attachment? Or how to post a picture on the forum? They're the same. Instructions are here in the tech corner, including how to resize if you need to. Let me know if you need more help.
