I knocked out a roaster full of cabbage rolls this morning...very easy to make and surprisingly from start to finish it only took about 3 hours. 1 hour to build and a couple of hours to cook. Mythbusted!!! Men can cook :)
Core and boil cabbage to release the leaves...par boil them until slightly soft
Mix about 3-4 lbs of lean ground beef...add one packet of onion soup mix, two eggs and 3 cups of rice
Wrap meat in cabbage leaves and place tightly in roaster
Pour a full large can of tomato juice mixed with 2 cans of tomato soup over the rolls plus one can diced tomatoes over the top
Pop in oven for about 2 hours @ 350 degrees
I think we are good for about 3 days of cabbage goodness :)

Ooooh I do! You take a huge salmon fillet, like half a big fish. You coat the entire thing in mayonnaise and salt and pepper, then coat it with shredded sweetened coconut. Bake it in a shallow pan for 20 or 25 min till the coconut gets a little crispy and brown on the edges.. it seals in the juices... mmmm serve on yellow rice or anything you want! Not exactly low fat, lol.. but damn it's good!
