It was amazing to see first hand a small group of people dedicated and united to fight for a single cause. Although this was a fight like no other that I can remember with the performers out spent by millions of dollars they came together in one voice and came out on top. As it was said, this ass wipe may not be done yet, but by the time he gets around to fighting off the IRS and any others, the performers along with Cal OSHA will have come up with a set of rules that comply with safety laws and protect the workers in a way the benefits everyone. I am so proud to be a member of the VNA and to have had a front row seat in see what a strong grass roots effort can accomplish. Hats off to Julia Ann, Tasha, Nina, Eric and everyone at the FSC and APAC. They are truly an amazing group of people.

all do respect to the "small group of people dedicated and united to fight for a single cause", but I think credit must be given, though I had my doubts, to Californians who I am fond of calling Stupid but not Dumb, e.g. passing a two dollar cigarette tax and an "ammunition" background check plus several bond (otherwise known as loans to be paid by taxpayers) measures. Yep, we're stupid but not totally dumb - we, after all, defeated prop 60 (which would have cost this state billions in tax revenue and cost countless jobs).
