If you've been following me on Twitter, you know I've been having some issues with my internet since summer 2016. Well now I haven't been able to cam on Streamate for over a week because I'm not getting nearly enough bandwidth, they've been out here numerous times and nothing they do works. So obviously I still have bills to pay...I'm running a big sale in my store! Go use promo code COMCASTSUCKS and you get 30% off everything that costs $20 or more..which is pretty much everything in my store except for 8x10s. Ugh. I hate Comcast too. But it's the only provider available where I live. If I could get Verizon Fios, I would.

very limited here it's U-Verse or Comcast. I had hoped for Google to move more into other areas but sadly they didn't plan things right.

Yep Uverse or Comcast. I had Uverse when I lived in MI and it was horrible there!

Yep Uverse or Comcast. I had Uverse when I lived in MI and it was horrible there!
Both are horrible, we have comcast but I know people who have UVerse and it's horrible. Uverse started offering gigabit service here but I don't trust it, of course Comcast is starting to offer hybrid gigabit service through coaxial but of course not in Memphis, just Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville. And don't forget about the horrible data caps "trials" which orginally were 300gb limit a month but after so many complaints it was upped to 1tb. I could rant forever though.

Ive had problems with them too, got a new router from them & it seems as if they got worse. I plan on getting a new router after I come back from AVN! My computer is all the bells & whistles on protection & I still have problems, thankfully Im able to access some sites from my phone with 0 problem for streaming but its bullshit that I have a working laptop & I can depend on our service. We can great Verizon in my area but its a matter of money & location in the house. Last time we had Verizon there was no problem....sighs oh well.

So some of you know this from social media but I ended up filing a complaint with the FCC. I found out about this from another cam girl who was told from a tech that the only way that they'll take you seriously is if you file a complaint. It was super easy to do, I just went to the FCC's website and filed a consumer complaint. There's a form that walks you through everything and it was amazingly easy. I attached screen shots of my speed tests and wrote about the fact that I'd been having problems on and off for 6 months. The FCC will fine them if they aren't providing the speeds and service that are promised.

Well that shit worked! I filed the complaint on a Tuesday and by Friday, I had 3 phone calls from Comcast corporate supervisors! Basically there was a problem with several homes in the area that was effecting my service. But it would have gone unnoticed because the down load speeds were fine, it was the upload speed that was the problem and how many people know or care about the upload speed? Most people are online watching Netflix, porn, social media, video games etc. Only people who stream live video or are super serious gamers would have realized the issue. Long story short, they sent out techs to comb the neighborhood and pinpointed the problems and took care of them. Now my speeds are completely fine! And I have personal cell phone numbers of the people in charge who can help me if it happens again. And they are going back and crediting my account but it will never be enough to make up for the thousands of lost dollars or the anxiety attacks this caused me. I was unable to cam for almost 3 weeks!

Re your show on Friday, I passed on the problems to Vicky, and her reply was and i quote "Have her try a different browser", So if your using Firefox, or IE or Chrome, try one that you are not using now. And the FCC is a great way to get them to notice you, here in my state, the State has a group who regulates telephone/internet/cable service, a note to them gets FAST action, they apparently have some of the same abilities that the FCC has, such as fines. But the FCC does it on a national level and of course has much more clout.

I ended up deleting my browser and reinstalling it, whatever was going on it fixed it.

Hi Maggie,
I have already benefited from them messing up. Not only did I get the discount in your store - Hoorah - but during the shows you are talking about the picture freezes in some great positions. What's not to like about your boobs frozen a few inches away from the screen, or your ass pointed at the camera for over 10 seconds. As they say everyone's a winner! Having said that, I can only guess how frustrating it was for you, so to carry on and do such great shows was a fantastic effort. As I can't do it give yourself a big pat on the back.

So it's happening again with my internet. I am so upset. I put in calls to the people who helped me last time and they better get this shit figured out ASAP.

I decided to take last week off from camming since I was getting very burned out. I was ready to come back yesterday and then I can't work. I am very stressed with rent being due soon.

However, Skype works just fine! If anyone want so have some fun with me and help me out, get a Skype show on maggiegreenstore.com and email me to set up a time. I'm pretty flexible this week.
