I might have a better chance of remembering Friday afternoons than Sundays. I'll miss every other week because of Payday Happy Hours and Game Nights, but still, I should be able to make it at least once in a while.

Except this weekend... Sunday is back for this week....

Well this day is not going as planned. The painter / handyman was about 2 hours late, and I am not letting him leave here without finishing everything he is supposed to do. I hate when they make 5 trips to your house to do what could have been done in one or two. Things like not bringing the right tool, so they have to leave and then don't come back for 2 days. So sorry! I'm gonna postpone my show till 3 pm est tomorrow so this dude can finally finish here. Then I will have a nice clean painted pool deck area for shooting more porn! Yah baby!

The work ethic in this country has just gone all to hell. I won't go into detail but I had a guy, from a "reputable" (?) company, come over to fix my AC. He did it wrong, caused a little damage, and his company totally denied all fault. I should have tore into him, but I so hate controversy that I will just fix it myself. Minimal cost and I will get it done correctly. But I really don't trust anyone anymore. And that's sad, if not downright pathetic.

I am such an idiot. He still hasn't done some of the work that I paid him for 2 months ago. That's why I finally had to put my foot down! Dave had to get involved too and put his feet to the fire! He was packing up to leave yesterday at 2 and Dave went out and said "OH no you don't!" You are not leaving till 5. If they would just stay on a job until it's done, it would be so much easier. But they start 5 jobs at once for different people, then have all the stress of 5 people bitching at them. They do a little here, a little there and spend so much time traveling an hour between jobs, wasting gas money and time. I learned my lesson this time! I will never pay for the whole job when oly 80% of it is done. Then they just leave you hanging!

The MOST you should pay ANYONE for a job is 50% before the job is done. If they say they need the money to buy parts or supplies, you tell them they buy their own part and supplies and you'll pay them when the work is done, to your satisfaction.
