An orgasm is when a woman is sexually happy and she shows it. Sometimes many times. A climax is when her toes curl up so hard they cramp, her pussy grips you like a set of Craftsman lock grips, and she stuffs a pillow in her mouth to keep the people at the mall five miles away from hearing her joy!

Bloody depressing Dave , but good public information.
Over here in UK we have the "FAST" campaign
F = Face - does their face look normal, is it droopy
A = Arms - get them to hold their arms up. Can they keep them up?
S = Speech - is their speech slurred?
T = Telephone - if any of the above telephone for an ambulance!

Simple but effective.

I still hope that the first stroke I ever have is Vicky's right boob, closely followed by her right buttock!
Here was certainly a sin worth sinning and I applied myself with characteristic vigour to its practice

I agree, DrDave. Dealing with the affects of my mom's stroke and dementia for eight years while she was in a nursing care facility, I have become somewhat paranoid about it myself (my family is the history of high blood pressure). Often, when I forget simple things, I'll give myself a quick smile test just as a form of reassurance.

Its actually quite a good Public info film.
The other one that's really good for laymen (no offence meant there) is the one for CPR. It has Vinnie Jones (ex-footballer and "heavy' in a few films) doing CPR using the Bee Gees "Staying Alive" for tempo - it must be on You Tube and is entertaining as well as informative!

Yeah, facial symmetry is a big one. If they smile for you, and their face isn't symmetrical, there's probably something going on. Also their speech will be off, either garbled or slurred. And if they can't feel one side of their body...

True Kirstie - and don't worry about which side is normal and which side isn't!
If they are different that's the key point!!!

So the new figures out are that people in the USA are dying quicker... men are now kicking the bucket at 77. Females at 81.
The biggest cause of death is heart disease BUT accidental overdoses etc are on the rise too...

WHAT?!?! I've only got 2 years and 3 months? OMG! :noway! I want to LIVE!

Seriously, tho, I was reading an article this morning that tended to point to all the opioid deaths as decreasing that age. There are many things that are factors in a persons heath and longevity. My doctor tells me that I'm doing fine (and I feel fine,) but that is only based on a series of basic lab tests. We read every day about so many that don't even get close to 74.

My biggest problem is exercise. My knees kill me when I try to walk anywhere. Now, that doesn't have anything to do with my longevity, except for my total lack of exercise. Now that I can't walk too far, I regret not doing more. When I grew up, exercise was there but it was kind of a hidden thing. You never heard about it if you didn't have a friend who was into it. Now we've reached a point where the medical community is promoting exercise, and many more are doing it.

Exercise and good eating will do wonders for you. Good eating meaning much more green leafy and other vegetables. When combined with a modicum of exercise, you have a pretty good regimen that will do you good in later life. And, stay off the drugs! I hope to live at least another 10 years. Mom and Dad both made it to 84, so I figure that's a good target. Of course, should I get to a point where I can't move around anymore, it all starts to go downhill.

But, of course, none of us has any idea. The best we can do is live a good, healthy lifestyle, plan for tomorrow, but live for today.

Do you knees hurt when you swim? How about if you bicycle? Ask your doctor what weight excercises you can do? You can even sit in a chair or lay on a bench and workout shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, lats, back, how about pushups? plus lie on the floor and do abs and side leg exercises with your own weight or rubber bands, etc......

We want you around for a long time! Please take care of yourself!

Every time that this gets discussed, I have to throw the spanner in the works - what about Keith Richards?
Never done drugs myself, but you look at him and you thing - bloody hell. Mind you I expect that there are only about ten years of his life that he was actually present for!
