Their bank shut down? Banking and porn never go well together. It's scary stuff. Every couple of years all the banks do housecleaning and close the accounts of everyone in porn. They put us in the same category as money launderers and criminals. I'm serious.

Forget about buying a house or getting a mortgage if you are in porn.

It's so hard to get even processing for websites, and we get charged more than anyone else in the world for it. For example, Paypal is 15.5%. Everyone else gets 2.9% but we are considered "risky".

Anyway just thought i would share the link. I get offers every day for processing at lower rates, but never take a chance on it because processors never stay in business... I stay with CCBill and Epoch. Yes they charge me a much bigger premium, but at least I know they are going to be there 5 years from now....
:yeahbaby: Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.

Dealing with banking systems and credit cards is a hassle, even on the end-user side. I had a subscription to Nina Hartley's site which processed a yearly recurring payment last week and rather than allowing the transaction, the bank flagged it as fraudulent. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with the credit card services people, I'm waiting for my new card to arrive in the mail sometime this week and I'll have to reconfigure all my other platforms for the new card.

Not sure about that CC company, George, if they flagged your card charges as fraudulent without even asking you first. If my company isn't sure, they always get ahold of me first so we can discuss it. When I say that a given charge is good, that ends it.
I can resist everything except temptation.
