Very sad especially all the legal fights that Stan had to deal with over his care

Got to meet him briefly one time about 15 years ago. Just long enough to shake his hand and say thank you for all the amazing stories and characters. He was very gracious and seemed genuinely happy to meet fans.
Keep smiling. It makes people wonder what you are up to :-)

Truly Batgirl is very sad for Stan but wow did he have a good run at life the last 10 years with Comic con!!! RIP
