Hello from Canada

Not sure if everyone knew, but I couldn't go home from XBiz Miami, I had to fly to Canada for a funeral. My mother's husband has been very sick for the past 1.5 years and he passed last week. Our car is still in Miami so we have to fly back there and drive home.

It has been a little rough. I'm trying to be strong and supportive, but seeing someone you love in that much pain, makes one (me) almost lose it. We went to a funeral service in a church where both his sons spoke and told stories about him. It was an open casket which was kind of creepy? I'm not good with death. (Who is?). My Mom didn't want to leave his side and kept petting his hair, rubbing his face, and kissing his forehead. Then the pall bearers carried it out, and we all drove to a cemetary, where the priest spoke a few more words in the pouring rain, thunder and lightning. My mother was sobbing. As they lowered the casket into the grave she threw herself on top of it. They had to stop for a full minute until I could console her enough to pull her off of it. Then we drove to a 3rd location and there was a little reception with food. it was a full afternoon. Just surreal.

On the upside it was the first time her 3 children have been with her at the same time since the 90's. I guess a funeral is good for something! It was nice spending time with family.

Another strange thing is people on onlyfans! I did post dated updates on my website and on onlyfans before I left so I wouldn't have to worry about that stuff while i was gone. But of course I do always have to keep up on customer service (lost passwords etc) and respond to all messages that come in while i'm traveling. People were asking for custom videos and I told everyone "Thank you for the message, just wanted you to know, I'm at a funeral, I'll discuss it with you later in the week when I'm back home and catching up." More than one person said "Oh really? At a funeral? What are you wearing? Can you post pics? I'm imagining you so sexy in low cut black top at funeral". Is that just classless or what? I'm one of the biggest perverts I know, but even i know there is a time and place for everything? I just find that so insensitive.

As I'm driving to my mom's this morning, I respond to all my messages as I always do. I like to stay on top of it.... My poor Mom has been through hell. Her husband has been sick for 18 months and she really let herself go as she concentrated only on taking care of him. She is the same height as me but is now 100 lbs. Her arms are just twigs, so we have been feeding her every day since we got here.

It makes me happy to see that the jerks aren't bringing you down in this sad time. It goes without saying, take as much time as you need (or as much time as your mom needs) and don't rush home to get work done. We can stumble along just fine as long as it takes.

Vicky is one of the most grounded people I know. So much of the silliness that infects our society just doesn't register with her. She sees right through it. Really glad to see you home again. That was quite a road trip. The only good thing that comes out of funerals are seeing family that we can still spend some time with, even though it's in trying circumstances. Nice to have you back xoxoxox

Fred does the same thing when I come home. First, he sniffs me up all over. My guess is he's looking for other dogs I might have been cheating with, lol. Then, he follows me everywhere. Nice to know that somebody misses me,
