The phones kept on breaking! lol... sent out phones to testers and reviewers and they broke.... omg where is the quality control?

Once again the lab rats didn't get out in the real world and drop a few phones in a bowl of soup or actually use one real world style.

First time I saw the folding phone I thought to myself "why are they adding an additional point of failure?"

The battery issue they ran into last year and the subsequent product recalls I can understand, shit happens. This just seemed like a gimmick nobody really wanted from the jump.

I thought the original fold phones were great. But that was before smart phones. I would think a foldable Smart Phone would be a little unwieldy. And, if they break out of the box, well, I'll pass.

Never had a Samsung phone, but I've had other products that work fine.
