I really dislike those. They are toxic. To make any object retain a smell, you have to have something to attach the fragrance to. So they use phthalates. Tiny particles that you breathe up your nose right into your brain.

Let me find an article to explain it better. https://www.haywardscore.com/articles/t ... d-candles/

I got a chuckle out of this post on the XBiz forum this morning lol

I love this story about the 102-year-old that not only survived COVID, she also survived the Spanish Flu and breast cancer and colon cancer... she credits wine with her longevity....

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/nati ... 838433002/

Interestingly enough, her husband believed in a healthy lifestyle and ate health food and took vitamins... he died at 67.

Remember when you went to the dentist when you was a kid? And got a small plastic toy when you finished? Same thing here. She let you play with her titties after... :massage: :40: :yeahbaby: :hump: :nanah: :rotffl: :moonwave:

Never got a toy at the dentist... it was always a sticker with some Looney Tunes or Hanna-Barbera characters on it... I'd always go for the Captain Caveman ones! :)

Don't know if this fits here, but I knew an 'agreeable' doctor once. When I worked in the auto industry in Detroit, on occasion a person might want to take the day off. My buddy Johnny told me if I ever needed a day off, he knew a doctor who would look in your throat and say, "Oh, yeah, your throat is as red as that little boy's pants," and point to a picture he had on the wall. The picture was a boy in red trousers holding a fishing rod.

Well, I wasn't really that type of person, but certainly not above it. So, there came the day that I needed an excuse (hung over? Probably, lol.) So I thought "Let's try this guy out." I called and got an appointment and went in. I told him my throat was awfully sore. He put me in the chair and said "Open wide." I did. He grabbed his light and looked around and said, "Oh, yeah, your throat is as red as that little boy's pants." I like to choked with laughter. EXACTLY the phrase Johnny said he would use.

He was ready to keep me sick for a week or two. Of course, the more visits he got, the more money he made. I didn't want a long time off, so I took a couple days, to allow for 'healing,' and went back to work.

Reminds me of the story of the octogenarian who claimed his only exercise in life was carrying the caskets of his more energetic friends....

OMG everyone I know is out with it.. our team of updaters/editors in Mexico, the girls who clean our house, most of my neighbors, my blog developer in Holland, half of my friends.. everyone I speak to..... nuts.... the stats are not even close to accurate because everyone is testing at home with the kits and it's not being reported anywhere...

Yes, but remember, Vicky, testing only tells if you have had (or DO have) it. And it takes maybe 3 days to become active after being exposed. People still need to get the shots and, when in close contact with others, wear the mask. Even if you're vaccinated. It has been shown that even vaccinated folks can still catch it. But the symptoms are much milder and chances are, you will avoid the hospital.

Well the county I live in just dropped its indoor mask mandate. Working in retail I still plan on wearing mine. Even though I am vaxxed and boosted I have people in the house who are immunocompromised. I'm sure If I got it the symptoms would be mild but if I brought it home to them I'm not sure who bad it would be for them. Not worth the risk
Keep smiling. It makes people wonder what you are up to :-)

Our governor just lifted the mask mandate statewide yesterday....although, I still see a not too small proportion of folks who still mask up. Good on them.

I got this bad feeling, though, that as much as some would deny it, we haven't seen the last of the 'Rona. Or, heaven forbid, even the worst.

My friend who is a dentist says out of the 5 dentist surveyed, he's the one that recommends gum with sugar🤣

With mask mandates being lifted, I'm waiting for a surge again when the new variant hits, and I'm sure one will.

Michigan is down to just under 10k cases in 2 days but still in those 2 days around 30 people dying.
...and she said " Let's go for it, the rooms already paid for!"
