Need to help Moochie!

Moochie usually only goes to Julia Ann, Sunny Lane and ChellieDD shows. Tonight during Julia's show she kept getting kicked almost as soon as she signed in. She might get to hi then got kicked or say 1 thing then get kicked. Sometimes she didn't get to say anything and got kicked. She did clear her cached and everything, still could not stay in the cam room. She was given the suggestion to do a speed test (speedtest.net) and it gave her an error and said try again later.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know cause she is not on social media and will have relay the suggestions. Thanks

Moochie has found out that her email address got changed to a gmail about that she uses on her phone but not on her computer and she is usually on VNA on her computer not her phone. She does not have internet on her phone.
We need help.

I'm confused about what's happening here. I gather someone was having trouble with an internet connection, and they weren't able to connect to a public speed test site?

This could be a transient network connection issue.

All I know for sure is that she keeps signing into the VNA okay but when she tries to go into the cam room she is kicked out before she can type.

Zany, tell her she needs to come to the forum, sign up and post her problems directly. While I know you are trying to be helpful, trying to fix a problem thru an intermediary is difficult at best.

I've seen her drop out a couple times at other Julia shows, but the last one was particularly difficult. But I can't believe it's the system, as no one else is experiencing that. I know that you sometimes get kicked out numerous times. I don't know if it's your computers or weak internet. How is your wireless signal, Zany? How about Moochie's? And have either of you hooked up via cable (not wireless) to compare and see if you still have the problem? Why not try that for us?

Has she tried any other chat rooms? Is she able to stay in those? She should be able to try some other chat rooms as a guest without having to pay.

Does she have problems with any other internet services or sites?

She was in one other chat and stayed longer than she had been. I have not seen her this week.

Not sure Vicky! She has not tried since it started kicking her so much as soon as she was logging in. Hopefully we will find out during Julia's show.
