Just a heads up: this weekend my bank texted me and and told me they had declined a charge under a fraud alert, and asked me if the charge was mine. Since I definitely had not made it, I cancelled my card and have been re-issued a new one.

This prompted me to check my bank account, where I found that eight other payments has gone through, totaling $335!
I logged into OF to find that I had somehow been subscribed to a bunch of random, clearly fraudulent accounts, some with one picture of a cat, others with a couple touristy European pics; all were in French. I also had a picture of someone’s feet (!!) that had been purchased for around $50 in my purchased tab. I reset my password, made sure all payment info was deleted, screenshotted the accounts, but kept them subscribed so I could track them.

Stranger still, it looked as if *I* had written a DM out saying “Nice pic,” and they responded back with “Thank you.”

Today, I go to log in and I can’t: turns out OF reset my password at 4am due to “suspicious activity”. I changed my password yet again, and when I log on, all the subscriptions have expired! In three days! On the screenshots, it says they expire after a month on 10/12, but today it says they expired the day they were fraudulently purchased!

I created a complaint ticket but of course haven’t heard anything. I’m gonna call the bank and dispute the charges, but obviously there is a security issue on OF. Has anyone dealt with them before? I’m unemployed and can’t afford to eat these charges 😩

You’re not alone. I had been “overcharged” by OF twice before and I still went back because I wanted to follow some of the VNA gals there. It seemed fine for a while but then I started to get that feeling they were doing it to me again so for August I kept track of my subscriptions and pics/vids bought and then compared it to my credit card statement and it turns out it was charged about $180 more total than what I had kept track of. Third time sure ain’t the charm for me. It seems to me that OF counts on me to not keep track and sneak in a charge here and there and I wouldn’t notice. Pretty sure a lot of the customers don’t bother to keep track because it’s quite tedious and OF is profiting off that. Not gonna bother complaining to them about it as it’s a waste of time. I’ve removed my card info and turned off all the auto-renews and check from time to time till the last one expires in December. I’m not putting this on any of the gals. this is squarely on OF itself. It’s too bad because it’s probably the most popular platform.

Wow, thanks for the warnings, guys! I have tried to be vigilant and so far have only seen charges that I made and can account for, But OF is on a strict probation now, any funny business on my account and I'm out of there.

I have a prepaid credit card. You can transfer money to it from your regular bank account and when there's no money left (on the credit card) , it can't be charged.
As long as onlyfans isn't interested in improving their safety measures, that might be a way to avoid fraud.

I'm hearing this more and more from subscribers there. Im sure your bank will protect you Josh. You won't lose anything. It's really sad, they are raking it in as it is - why do they have to fraud people on top of it? They are screwing the girls out of all the promised referral fees as well.

It's not the girls, we have absolutely nothing to do with billing, and we have no customer service either.

They are going to screw ccbills good reputation with this. They already lost their billing once before. The volume is so huge though, ccbill would be taking a huge hit by dropping them. I really wonder what is going to happen.....
