As far as I understand it, it's unclear whether they will change their content guidelines or just be more strict when it comes to creators who violate the current terms of service.
They're unsurprisingly vague, as always:

It really is getting harder and harder to make porn nowadays.... Even people who have always followed all the rules to the t are being impacted. We can thank Pornhub for this gigantic mess. Had they not been so greedy and careless and thought they could do anything they wanted no matter who it hurt, none of this would have happened.
