I hope everyone has a wonderful, happy and prosperous 2022 and that we all get to enjoy it!! Not sure what the (new) stable norm will be but hopefully it will be where we can get together more for some good times and laughs!

It would be nice if we could get back to conventions and other meet-ups. That depends on a few things that are going on in this country right now. I fully realize that we all are basically the same. We all want the same things. A happy life, a good job that we like, maybe a family, certainly friends. But, even through all that,. we are still different - which, of course, is a good thing. Sometimes those differences cause troubles. I find it hard to try to get everyone to work together to solve the problems that affect all of us. All I would ask is that we take pause. We look at others and we look at ourselves. We stop and think. Instead of thinking about ourselves all the time, we also look, and LISTEN to others. We are all good people. We just need to stop and look outside our own box. Life isn't about us. It's about everyone.
So, having said that, I wish you ALL a very happy new year, prosperous and moving forward. May you have a job you enjoy, that you look forward to going to every day, that you have coworkers you enjoy working with. Instead of trying to make things the way we want all the time, we need to slow down and listen to others. We have to find common ground and move ahead. I'd love to have another get-together and see everyone again. I love you all and I miss you all. Let's hope this country and the world can move ahead. I'd love to see all the hatred and anger just run off a cliff.
So the next time you're out and about, when you encounter people, smile at them. When someone, a cashier, for example, helps you, smile and say "Thank you." Spread joy and happiness. Make others smile. You'll be surprised how that makes you feel at the end of the day. It will also make others more agreeable. Maybe it will make their day just a little bit better. Isn't that an admirable trait? Making other people smile? Good luck to you. Here's wishing your new year is everything you'd like to see in life.

I'm just back here in VNA family, because the second part of the last year was really bad for me, i had a lot of problem with my mental health. But now i'm good and i'm so happy to be back here, because missed all. So the first things i wish u to stay safe and care, and hope this will be a great year for all of u, with a lot of VNA fun!
