Serious question has anybody else on here had issues with Ccbilling regarding their membership to any site in the VNA?

I’ve had this issue 3 times now where I get an email out of the blue saying that apparently my membership to Vicky’s site has been canceled cause apparently my payment has been declined I call ccbill to talk to them about they say ok well we see it’s been denied by your bank so you have to call them. So I call my bank they tell me they don’t see any declines of any charges or accusations of fraud that it’s not on their end which I already knew cause like I said I’ve had this issue with ccbill 3 times and it’s always on their that there system fucks up im just curious if anybody else has this issue cause it just happened to me again today.

I have had this happen to me a couple of times, but never at CCBill. Same thing, I call the bank and they say "no issues." This latest time, I clicked the "New Card" link and just re-entered the same old data, then deleted the original. That has worked before, DJ, so try that.

That’s pretty much what I’m gonna do cause when I tried to re enter it on ccbill it immediately told me declined that I have to use a new card

If you want to use that card and have another card, you can enter the second card, then go back and change it to the first one. I've done that before also.

If that doesn't work, try calling CCBill and telling them the bank has verified there is no problem with the card, so CCBill should review their records and verify they have the correct number on file. Yes, I know you've used it before. but file systems have a way of getting corrupted on occasion.

It's really aggravating, I've had heated discussions with ccbill about it. I have had my card declined by them for no reason at all. I sign up for stuff when I'm testing like for the clip sales we are adding to the sites. They tell me that my bank declined the purchase, so I call my bank, they say no transaction was even attempted on my card.

I keep 0 balance on my card, and I have an 800 credit score. There is nothing wrong with my card. There is something wrong with their system.

I'm really sorry that you guys have to deal with that sometimes.....

My problems haven't been with CCBill. So that means other sites experience the same issue. I'll start keeping track of these, but it doesn't really happen all that often.

From April 2005 through October 2020, I was enrolled through Vicky's website with CCBill. No problems ever. From November 2020 to about last month I was enrolled through Vicky's site with Epoch. Though the last time I logged in with my credentials was in April 2021 when I logged into Shanda Fay's website but not into the forum. Since then, my account was apparently compromised. I found that out when I could not login and I also received an http 403 (forbidden) error when I tried to login to Vicky's site last week. And then I had to cancel the account earlier this week with Epoch. I re-enrolled to Vicky's website through CCBill. No problems thus far.

Stay with CCBill! It's cheaper. (Epoch charges 2.5X the processing fee, that's why it's more to join through them)
