The trip over here was brutal! lol... We did well though, stayed up and I think we are already on Italian time! This first hotel is gorgeous, I wish we could spend more time here but there is just too much to see and do! I'm so glad I checked travel blogs first and brought appropriate footwear!

We are logging 20,000 steps per day on our watches between the Coliseum,

the Forum, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, restaurants, shopping, gelateria's and coffee shops! The upside of that is we can eat all the pasta we want!

Not that I have any fetish at all about toilets, lol... but they have some strange ones here! For example the one in the hotel lobby is square and some have strange designs!

A couple of pics from my gorgeous hotel room, so sad to check out of there! The most comfy bed, pillows and sheets ever! Which you really need when you are walking 9 miles a day! lol.. More later! Stacie sent me the panties for this trip btw!

I don't know that I could use a toilet that was in the lobby. I like to have walls.

And the one with the watery design might be either to remind males to put the seat up, or help camouflage any misses. I don't know which restroom that picture was taken in. It DID remind me of a couple of artists who work with epoxy a lot. They created their own toilet seat that contained the same temperature-sensitive substance used in mood rings back in the day:

Haha... yesterday we went to Pisa and duh we we hadn't booked a room.... figured it would be more adventurous to decide where to go each day...... forgot about it being Easter though! Everything was booked up and we ended up paying 2.5 times the price for this AirBnB! It was very plain, but we were lucky to even get a place!

Even that plain bare bones room had a Bidet though! Oh and it was one block from the LEANING TOWER OF PISA!

If you look close you can see me in the window. There was a market right outside!

We saw a rainbow by the tower! I climbed that sucker in high wind and scattered showers! The smooth stones were slippery and steep on my sandals and no handrails! Kinda scary! More pics later, gotta run!
