3) So, the choices are, in decreasing order of comedy:
a. That is Dave's real voice on the phone and the English accent he uses during cam shows is fake
b. The English accent is real and Dave has been learning how to pitch up his voice and do an American accent
c. Someone else was posing as Vicky's husband on the phone
I actually was hoping that Vicky had prerecorded some statements for the phone (which would probably still be required for options a and b) but that the recordings would still be Dave with his English accent. I think the complete disregard for the fact that he would sound the same on the phone and in person would have lent a Mystery Science Theater 3000 vibe to the production. Or they could write into the script that Vicky's boss is actually Dave's evil twin, Cecil (or Sessile).
