I know places like that exist, (no booze) but not sure about Florida. Could be a city thing, too, not necessarily state-wide. I think usually those clubs are BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze.) So, the alcohol is free, (because it's yours,) but a small 4 oz. glass of Coke mixer costs $8 . And, you have to buy it. Don't try just drinking out of the bottle straight. They don't like that (ask me how I know, )
