Just an update. Mom is feeling better, well as better as one can with what she's fighting. She's starting to move around again. She starts physical therapy for her arm next week. Got through two major hurdles last month, my brother's wedding at the beginning of the month and Thanksgiving. Next is to get her through Christmas

Another update on mom. She is doing better since the last update as she's moving around more frequently and not just laying in bed all day. As far as I know, things are stable and the cancer hasn't spread anywhere else. I need to talk to my dad and ask him what the doctor told him the last time he took mom in for a checkup. So once I do that, I'll post again with more info

Thanks, Corey. Sounds like at least reasonably good news at this point. Getting up and moving around not only shows a desire to get going but is just generally a good thing as in moving around and getting active. Glad to hear it.

It's been a while since I've been on, a little over a year or so, but wanted to post a final update. Mom lost her fight with cancer on October 6, 2017, at home with all of her family around. She fought cancer for 15 years until the very end.
