CAM ISSUES - Feedback, Voting, Mobile!

You commented once that Webair saw the problems incoming. So that would mean between the model and Webair, right? I know at one point I was seeing a slow internet (something like 35Mb down and maybe 7 up,) But I didn't write it down and don't remember. Could have been Rachel on Friday. But that's when I had local problems. I think my network adapter might be failing,

could be internet connection etc. Depends on the Internet companies. it's not a bad lag I know with Samantha's but sometimes you can tell like oh I said something earlier and she now getting it or Walt might have said something and it was like 2 sentences ago. It's not a big notice but I thought it was probably on the model's connection than anyone else's

We go thru this periodically, Andrew. There is so much involved in the internet that it is sometimes impossible to determine where a problem might be. Like I said, during one show, Webair could see the problem incoming to them. So, who knows where the problem might be. Or sometimes Webair says the stream is leaving them just fine. We see times when some members see problems while others report no problems. So, each event is different. We can't really place any blame on any one place or entity.

No sure if anyone has said anything but tonight a mobile user asked about him putting his name in when entering the cam room. The system game him a name of letters, both caps and small letters, he wanted to know how he could type his name. Had a couple of them tonight.

I have a hard time believing this story. Meaning the story the guy tells, not what Zany is saying. I have seen the person at more than one show with the same user name. (2 or 3 shows.) I saw the guy last night. People started commenting about his username, so he came up with this story about random letters showing up in his "user name entry box." His username was something like FnKrmT and 2 or 3 more characters.

If he typed that one time, the username will be remembered in his cookies So next time he logs in it will already be the same. If he wants to use a new user name, and start off with a blank box where he can type it he just needs to clear his cookies.

As a Moderator, the box is pre-filled in. But I get a blank box every time I log in as a member. I run scans often, but I'm pretty sure those don't delete my cookies, as I don't have any sign-in issues anywhere.

If I log in as a member, I enter my user name. I then close the tab to log out. I open another tab, and click my shortcut. The log-in box appears (no need to click Flash) and the user name box is blank. I enter my name and enter the room. My name is only pre-typed in the Moderators log-in.

We were talking about a user who logs in on mobile though, Sorry. I should have specified - that's only In the non-flash room. That's if you log into the non-flash room. On a desktop or a mobile device.

If I remember right, yes, the guy was mobile. But it occurred to me, bottom line is, if something shows up in the box that you don't want, you just erase it and type in what you want. I doubt seriously (I HOPE) that the guy is that "clueless."

No, you don't get a box, when you click the link to go into the cam room you just go straight in it never gives you a box because it's remembering your username from before.

The only way to get a fresh blank login box is to clear your cookies.

Finally. What she said. Zany said Mobile in her report, and I did, too. But I didn't "pick up" on it, so I just confused matters worse..

Hey stranger! Welcome back to the Forum! So nice to see you here!

Yes Francesca and Tasha are both gone, at least for right now, Lauren left but then came back to do shows, Cleo is back, but not doing shows yet, Sunny is back to doing shows, and there's a whole slew of new girls as well, some do shows and some don't, you know how it is! That's why it's great to have a network! It's always interesting!

Maybe you can make it to my cam show tomorrow night!

Has there been any consensus on which browser is best? Apologies if I'm asking something that's already been answered … I've tried chrome and MS Edge, but both were a bit laggy ..

I find Chrome to be the best. But my cam won't come on for some reason. So for that I use IE. Haven't tried the cam room from Edge.

That's some little kid who got into a little trouble when he was about 16 or so. (Me, lol.)

(Edit: This was about a previous avatar I used. I was a bad boy. I was kind of set up by a "friend," lol. I thought I was borrowing a motor scooter. Turned out I was stealing it, and the homeowner with the didn't appreciate that, lol.)
